Man shot by police in North Coventry Township: Source

An investigation is underway after a man was shot by police Monday evening in North Coventry Township, Action News has learned.

Medics were called to the area of Kline and Lindberg avenues just before 7 p.m.

A source told Action News that an officer with the North Coventry Police Department fired their service weapon, striking the man.
