Scotland fans PARTY with Morocco as Tartan Army TAKE OVER Boston ahead of World Cup game

I've been in this business for over 30 years and I've never seen anything like this. And to have another round of the Tartan Army this weekend, we'll be more prepared for it and my team, we couldn't have been more excited. Where we're from in Scotland, you're used to this weather. So it's been 80, 90 degrees for the last week and a bit since we've been here. We came last Thursday. So this has been a godsend. Listen, they seem to say no Scotland, no party. Doesn't matter what the weather is. No Scotland, no party. No rain, no party. We're all running out of beer and the local distributors are just doing what they can to get them in. And I know a lot of them have got shipments in. And yeah, it seems like the Scottish pride themselves and having places like just drinking them dry. It was like no other thing. You're on adrenaline the whole weekend and you can definitely see that. And I was like, do they ever sleep? Do they ever get tired? And here they were back at it the next day at 11 a.m. The Scottish fans are the absolute best. They have been incredibly warm. They've been supporting our businesses. They have been getting to know our community and treating Boston as if it were another home away from home for them. So I hope that the Tartan Army will keep coming back to Boston. Of course, have a wonderful time during the games now. But we'd love to see you any season, any year. This is your home. We're going to come here. We're going to drink your beer. We're going to put some money in the economy. And we're going to have a really good time while we're doing it. Bona Scots! We have been so grateful and so excited to welcome the Tartan Army to Boston. The peaceful invasion has brought nothing but energy and excitement. Of course, our local businesses are very thrilled to be welcoming so many visitors. But our community also has been really proud to show the world what we get to experience in Boston every day. Pressure's off against the Haiti game. I reckon the good players like McGinnis and McTominay will have more space for Brazil and Morocco. We may get a win. We may get a draw. You never know. But hopefully not a defeat. We'll see. We'll see what happens. I'd take a draw right now. I'd take a draw on it. They played Brazil off the park the other night. I think it's the hardest game they've looped. I'd take a point. I think they'll want a point way enough to see us through. So I'd take it right now. Well, I watched the Brazil-Morocco game. I thought Morocco were better than Brazil. So I'm a bit scared. But you never know what can happen. It's Scotland in the World Cup. Hopefully after the first game they've settled in and got their nerves away. So hopefully we come out fighting. Confident in getting the result. But probably going to be a draw. 1-1 I'm saying. Steve Klausmann, he's better than Zidane. We've got Superdome again. We've got it again. Superdome again. It's being here. That's the main thing. We're here now and that's it. Just living it. Living it, you know. ------- loving it, mate. So happy. Hopefully. Hopefully there. Of course. Hey look, we're not sleeping. We stand up and we're going at it again. Scotland's going to win the World Cup. So we got to train for the last game. It was 2-2 all the way round the block. Multiple times. And we were thinking we're not going to make it. But it went pretty quickly, to be fair, on the way in. We made it in on time, plenty of time for kick-off. But for the game tomorrow, we are quite worried. If it's certain time slots we might not make it. For the way back, we had absolutely no chance. We were good for hours. We didn't get home until about half three in the morning. So I think we're looking for the same again, unfortunately. And obviously all the extra prices. It's been bumped up to $80, which is crazy. But we've got to get home somehow. So we're just going to have to deal with it. Well done, Scotland!
