🥟 DOUGH for 55-60 dumplings, diameter 7.5 cm
🌾 Flour - 600 g (about 4.5 cups of 250 ml)
🥛 Milk - 200 ml
💧 Water - 150 ml
🧈 Butter - 25 g (1 heaping tbsp)
🌻 Vegetable oil - 25 g (2 tbsp)
🥚 Egg - 1 pc.
🧂 Salt - 1 tsp. No heap
🍗 FILLING
🍗 Skinless, boneless chicken thighs — 1 kg
🧅 Onions — 550–600 g (4–5 large onions)
🧊 Ice water — 120–140 ml (8–9 tbsp)
🧈 Butter — 40 g (2 heaped tbsp)
🧂 Salt — 2 level tsp
🌶 Black pepper — ¾ tsp
🧄 Dry garlic — 1 tsp (optional)
📌 If using chicken breast
Add:
🧈 another 20 g butter
or
🌻 1 tbsp vegetable oil
