
Slow Weekend, Ikea & Oven Pancake
A slow weekend at home, unboxing new kitchen items from IKEA, baking a comforting oven pancake (recipe) for afternoon coffee time.

Finnish oven pancake (Pannukakku)
Ingredients:
• 8 dl milk (3 ⅓ cups)
• 4 dl flour (approx. 240 g / 2 cups)
• 2-3 eggs
• 50 g butter (melted / 3.5 tbsp)
• A pinch of salt
Instructions:
• Pour the milk, eggs, and a pinch of salt into a large bowl.
• Add the flour and mix until smooth.
• Pour the melted butter into the batter and stir.
• Rest the batter for 30 minutes while preheating your oven to 200°C (400°F).
• Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• Pour the batter onto the sheet and bake for 35 minutes
