Victoria - Outback To Ocean, Goldfields To Golden Beaches

Join me as I cross the river from New South Wales into Victoria and explore the towns big and small along the way. Everything from the historic and charming ones like Maldon, a former gold rush town, to the cities of Bendigo and Ballarat, also born during the gold rush of 1851. I check out the festivities on Australia Day when I visit Castlemaine. Beyond that I find a place of numerous natural springs and delight in filling up my jugs with the effervescent water. I meet the ocean at Geelong and find some of the most popular surfing beaches beyond it.
