I'm good My name is Chef Rashid Nyinga I'm from Kilifi I'm privileged to work at Windsor Today is a big day for the pre-wedding and really menu testing for the big day of Madam Boss Madam Akote for the wedding that will be held on Monday 10th of this month and I'm really excited to be part of the team that is going to ensure that that day for our Mam is really successful and just a brief of it is just we have an African menu of which since Mam is an African she has chosen an African menu and today she has done the testing and the food was really amazing Tell us one food that you think people should look out for Generally like I said it's an African menu and I can say we look at the food that should look out is the Kenyan beef stew just the normal beef stew but it's done in Windsor way so we really welcome you guys and come and have a taste of it My name is Everest Madegwa pastry chef for Windsor Hotel What should people expect during this day? Actually I'm doing a birthday cake for Madam Boss and I'm looking forward to making it a memorable day for them being a wedding and also her birthday What will be the cake's flavor? Actually the cake's flavor I'm doing three different flavors I'll have a fruit cake I'll have a chocolate a Baileys cake and then I'll have a carrot cake People love it How many layers will the cake have?
