Today's Video: Slow Living Vlog: Baking Rhubarb Strawberry Crumble🍓🍰 Lemon Herb Chicken🥘Lake Walk & Gardening 🌸🌼 Hello my dear friends 💛 Join us for a quiet summer day in the Finnish countryside. We start the day with a late morning walk by the lake with Hannu and Hilma. While Hilma and I enjoy the peaceful lakeside paths, Hannu tries his luck fishing and catches a beautiful rainbow trout. Back at home, Hilma takes a well-deserved nap while I bake a delicious Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble for our afternoon snack. I also prepare a simple homemade meal for Hilma: boiled chicken and potatoes. Later, I spend some time planting summer flowers and tidying the garden by removing weeds. Hannu helps by spreading bark mulch around our strawberry patch to keep new weeds away and protect the soil. To end the day, I prepare a comforting Lemon Herb Chicken with Roasted Vegetables and a summer watermelon-grape salad for dinner. Thank you so much for being here🌸💛 Sending a lot of hugs....💛
