Nina (Euphemia) Ivanovna Varfolomeeva (1919).Alexandrovka , Berezovsky district , Krasnoyarsk Territory - ☦ 1998/village Malyshevo, Sverdlovsk region) is an artist of naive art. Nina (Euphemia) Ivanovna Varfolomeeva was born in the village of Alexandrovka in the Berezovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, where her ancestors had migrated from Ukraine. There were thirteen children in the family, Nina Ivanovna was the eldest. She worked on a collective farm from the age of twelve. In 1951, N. Varfolomeeva moved to the city of Asbestos, where she worked as a house painter. She started drawing in 1973, after retiring. Since 1976, she has participated in exhibitions of amateur artists, she has had two solo exhibitions. The artist's works are devoted to memories of the events of her childhood and youth, life in a Siberian village in the 20-30s of the XX century.
