Whip Place: Introduces Intern Jacob Silva - House Chamber (52826)

House Minority Whip David Place (R-Dist. 47, Burrillville, Glocester), officially introduces House Minority intern, Jacob Silva, to the Rhode Island House of Representatives.

Jacob, a senior at Bishop Hendricken High School, has interned at the State House since January. Rep. Place highlights Jacob's extensive contributions to the caucus, including compiling policy research for committee sessions and personally testifying on issues such as the Second Amendment and the Inspector General's bill. Jacob will be attending Saint Anselm College in the fall with plans to pursue a Master's degree in Public Policy.
