How ego and body-mind are transmuted through wisdom

In this video:
Francis explains the difference between the ego, the mind and ignorance. The ego
and mind can be seen as tools, and ignorance is the belief that what we really are,
consciousness, is limited and it is this belief that distorts both the ego and the mind,
subverting their pristine qualities, leading to thoughts and feelings of separation.
Ignorance though is a choice we make from our freedom as consciousness, which
means that in wisdom, where ignorance is not present, the innate qualities of our ego
or body-mind shine forth, as if having been ‘transmuted’ by wisdom.
