English Vocabulary lesson on ACRONYMS AND ABBREVIATIONS (NEW ENGLISH WORDS)

This video is about using acronyms and abbreviations on smartphones and the internet. Over the last ten or even twenty years, English speakers have used abbreviations to substitute words and whole phrases. In this video, Mr. P./Marc will give you some of them to start using when you text your friends.
The lesson is intended for students of the English language who have acquired an intermediate level or above.

Mr. P. is a Canadian English Teacher/Coach from Toronto, Canada, who has been teaching English since 1997. He is a certified English teacher specializing in EFL, ESL, TOESL, TOEFL, #IELTS, KET, PET, CAE, FCE, and CPE. He taught English to adults in Rome for 20 years and became an Honorary Fellow at UNITELMA Sapienza University in Rome in 2015.
