AI GeneratedThis video discusses a YouGov survey regarding America's favorite fast-food burgers, featuring a countdown of the top five chains. The hosts debate the definition of \"fast food,\" specifically regarding Five Guys' pricing and preparation time, while sharing personal recommendations for regional alternatives and a homemade barbecue chicken sandwich recipe.
America's favorite fast food burger the findings are in everybody and guess who
comes out on top. This is a survey from YouGov which asked Americans where they
go for their favorite fast food hamburger. I'll count down from five.
Number five we have McDonald's. It's $2.59 for a single burger now. Number four
is the Wendy's burger a buck ninety nine. Number three In-N-Out at $2.50. Number
two Burger King also at $2.59 just like McDonald's. And number one drumroll
everybody drumroll five guys which is $8.25 for a little hamburger. $8.20
there's the full list. Yeah. Thoughts Caitlin go. Um well the thoughts I
haven't had any of those except for McDonald's. What? Is that weird? You've
never had a Wendy's or a Burger King burger? I don't think so. Junior Whopper? No.
What about you? Yeah I've had all these. And listen I take exception with
number one for two reasons. Number one $8.25 thank you. $8.25 that's that's no
that's no price for a fast food burger. Gourmet meal. That's a gourmet meal. Yeah. And
number two is exactly what you said five guys is not fast food. I agree. It takes a
long time. If that's your fast food you are bougie. Yes. Yeah. It takes a while.
Going through the drive-thru. No. Exit. No. You're you know driving across the country. That said
they're very fresh. I'm not trying to like. Is it the veggies that makes the
difference? On the on the five guys? I just think it's a quality. It's a
quality patty. Oh it's the patty that makes the difference? I think so. Okay. But the
thing is on their burger I will say I'm gonna try to be you know even-handed
here. Their burgers they're they're really a double burger right? Are they?
Yeah. Yeah exactly and it's that kind of smash burger thing and they make
them each after you order. So there's a reason they take a little longer than
the other spots. I just think fast food is stretching the word fast. I agree with
you. You know who has a really good burger? Have you ever had Buona? Buona?
Buona? Oh oh yeah. Am I pronouncing that right? Buona? Buona. Buona beef. Yeah. I think it's
Buona but I don't know. But I thought they were known for their Italian beef.
They're fantastic. They're fantastic. They're so good. They're so good. Great
chopped salad. Fantastic burger. Top notch. Is it a fast burger? It's a fast burger. It's
like a drive-thru. Faster than five guys? Yeah I would think. I mean it's just as fast as
any other fast food restaurant but it's delicious. You know I'm surprised I mean
maybe this YouGov Culver's this is not is team is Culver's a regional chain or
is it national yet? Regional but it's growing. I'm just wondering if Culver's
will be making this list in the coming years. Do you like Culver's burgers? Yes I like Culver's
burgers. I think they're good. Have you ever had a butter burger? They call it
butter burger. I think so but they're known for their cheese curds right? Yeah
cheese curds and then I highly recommend my mom introduced this to me. Oh. The pork
tenderloin sandwich from Culver's. Okay it's like it over it like kind of
spills out of the bun. You ask them to put a couple extra pickles on there. The
pork tenderloin? No it's like a breaded pork tenderloin and then smashed between
two buns and that there's some pickle and I think mayo on there it's really
good. Really good. You know what I made yesterday at home if you guys are looking for a quick
meal get you some chicken breasts throw them in the crock pot. This is gonna sound
like people are gonna be like duh. I like this already. This is the first time I've made this. It's just pulled
chicken okay so you cook the chicken for like three hours break it apart. The
barbecue sauce is Killin's I think is that how you pronounce it? Sounds right I
don't know. I think that's what it is. We're Sweet Baby Ray's family. So good you got to get this one. Okay. You can get it at
Walmart put the barbecue sauce on and then the trick is the homemade coleslaw.
Oh. I got this fabulous coleslaw dressing you can just get and again okay let me I
don't cook. Does that go in the crock pot? No. Okay. It's just making your own
coleslaw. Oh okay. And then just throw it in a sandwich. You throw it on the sandwich or in
the sandwich. With the barbecue chicken. I always thought coleslaw was just like
for decoration. Okay. It's like parsley coleslaw like I didn't know anyone
actually. Wait what? Ate it. Yes. No way. Okay wait you buy bags. I thought it was for show. This is also you
can get it I got all this at Walmart so you can buy like bags it's like slaw
mix so it's like the just the raw veggies and then you get the coleslaw
dressing put it on there fresh and then you put the barbecue chicken that you
broke apart with the barbecue sauce on the bread slap on some. That does sound
good. Is that what that's meant for though? Is coleslaw meant to be in the
sandwich or is it meant to be a side? Both I think. With barbecue? Choose your own
adventure kind of thing? That does sound fine. I thought it went on top of barbecue. That sounds fine. I would I would I would try it.
