Can Blue Moon move to a different rocket?

During a live interview on Fox Business, NASA Administrator Jared Issacman talked about how they are looking to move Blue Moon to a different rocket and decouple it from New Glenn. Is this even possible? Or will Artemis III suffer schedule slip due to the destruction of SLC-36? Or will Blue be flying New Glenn before the end of 2026 and be able to maintain schedule?
