How HONEST are foreigners in Taiwan? I found $1000 and asked 10 foreigners what they'd do?

I recently found NT$1000 in the street without any ID or anyone nearby to claim it! As I truly didn't know what was the right thing to do I decided to ask some of my foreign friends from all over Taiwan what they would do.... their answers are SO different and may surprise you!
