Czechia vs Poland Epic Volleyball Highlights | Women's VNL 2026

Krabovska another float serve and that is a swing from Lampovska to open the scoring she's another one of the players who interestingly Shurovska good reception by Groza Malenkova this for a break point lead buried by Lukasik Shurovska another good serve Zolciuska blocked now this a potentially set defining service run here from Shurovska no aces but every one has been a test so 11-6 Malenkova receives they've gone to the middle and Yelorova sides out not having the fake Lukasik doing a good job on reception as well Jurczyk with the serve Digronova receives it's received pretty easily by Poland Digronova's there of course she is a nice touch from Smidova Lukasik Smidova oh what a block Shurovska on Malenkova great hand choice from Shurovska she gets her feet to a really good position and has the right rhythm where she's at the top of her jump and can make the hand move back in Kulisyanyi into Vaneska again to the middle Obiawa denied it's a couple of times they've tried to to establish the middle and it's not worked right 13-15 there it is we've been waiting for it from Shurovska much better rhythm on the approach this time finds the space between the but in terms of service it's a substitution we saw yesterday decent enough serve well received by Lankovska and a block a good one Czechia back to two behind they are right back in this first set much better from Shurovska and from Vaneska to go straight back to her after that huge block as well much better this is the chance to go after the young receiver great block Lukasik brings upset had a serve but of course the quality of the passing brilliant the set completely takes the block out of play and Lankovska has an open net free ball here grows up couldn't swing on it Shurovska goes cross court it's dug just over pass but a decent touch on that means that Czechia can go again on Milenkova back on court from back court Lukasik on reception from back court Shurovska change of angle has worked before they can have that aggression on the swing Polish against the Polish of course oh well Kulisyanyi when they've made it work to her it really has worked it's a nice tempo she's not so grows a serving really put a service front together and that's largely the reason why the reception for Poland largely in a different league to what Czechia are dishing up size that she plays for all part of the territory isn't it Milenkova only as far as you go Lankovska and then diggering over in a perfect position Milenkova again off the hands that had to be played it was Grabovska underneath it and then overcooked but not finished Lukasik from back court two chances in transition now for Czechia oh what a block that is class Shurovska denied once more opportunities 21 18 and the pass made it very difficult for Czechia to get anything from that Lukasik oh what a play how good was that for Lankovska watched and realized she had to defend Vanchuska into the hands almost seems to be Groza who has to offer up the free they've got her again oh Czechia hanging in there in set two and Helena Groza has Shurovska's number at the moment side out to win the set then for Poland for a 2-0 lead finished with aplomb by Lankovska who has had some lovely moments in this game here for Maja Koput in the middle the 19 year olds who was best middle in the world championship for the under-19s last year that's a nice pancake just to keep that ball alive Shurovska feeds it in swing from Lankovska doesn't find the floor Vanchuska goes cross-court Donerska underneath it swing from Shurovska Shurovska off the hands block defense an important part of this Czechia game plan loads of space back court but Czechia cover free ball what a rally what a finish at the end Shurovska on the scoreboard another scrambly rally with chance for Shurovska as well isn't it you know the game might only last one more set oh Vanchuska explodes onto that one but Dikranova forced to return that on one and this now a real opportunity oh Lukasik did we just watch a replay oh another great swing on the pipe great tempo now this time it goes on that is nice Vanchuska on that angle and that tempo is back it's been missing a set that is aggressive enough it's 12-12 and well played backcourt by Lankovska again causing enough chaos in the Czechia backcourt spent a whole career in the Czechia league so they'll be effectively a hitter down now as Groza gets blocked in the middle they'll be a bit more aggressive oh the block is good Vanchuska shut down on the pin it's all smiles for Koput had a big big swing 20 points to 16 now we'll make that 20 points to 17 this for the match beautiful tip Lankovska quite apt that she wins it
