A biscuit like this for breakfast gives you a great start to the day, WITHOUT GUILT, because it's LIGHT, made with buckwheat flour and rice flour, low in sugar and healthy fats from COCONUT OIL, making it naturally GLUTEN-FREE and LACTOSE-FREE!

Enriched with JAM and WALNUTS, these biscuits are both healthy and delicious!

They're VERY EASY to make and keep for several days thanks to the DOUBLE BAKING process!

Bake at 180°C (350°F) in a static or fan-assisted oven for about 20 minutes, then, after slicing, bake for another 5-6 minutes.
