Twin Brothers Meet Their Sister for the First Time

Are you ready to meet your little sister? Granny's sister popped out and mummy's coming. Yeah look, she's not in there. Mummy! I love you. Hello. You've got your eyes open. Hello everybody. Welcome back to our channel. So if this look right here doesn't scream I gave birth yesterday, I don't know what does. But we've got a very important day today. Baby girl is meeting her brothers for the first time. So I'm just getting her dressed into her little outfit. It says little sister and she's got her first bow here and socks but I don't know if the bow is just gonna look stupidly big. The boys are on their way. We've got our first parenting dilemma. Dealing with life with five kids? No we haven't got five kids. Five? Dealing with life as a family of five with two kids. I keep calling them toddlers but they're little boys now. They are sick. So this is just gonna be life now isn't it? They've got a cold, they've got a cough which is not ideal. We can't keep them away. They've been at Fab's mum's basically all weekend because I was in labour for three days so they've been there and then they're due to come back and they've got a cold so it's been lingering for a while hasn't it? Hopefully they're over the majority of it and I am breastfeeding so hopefully she's got a bit of immunity from me. We'll just make sure that they're not What are those? They're little booties. I've been waiting for this moment to dress her in her pink cute outfit. She didn't even come home in her coming home outfit because we came home at 1am so we just literally grabbed out what was on the top of the bag. She had a little white company outfit I think I showed it in a vlog that one of our friends bought for her and she didn't even get to wear it. I'm thinking she can wear it she's not gonna wear this all day. This is from a brand I've forgotten where it's called Lulabelle Little Luelle, this is where it's from. They very kindly sent it to us a while back but obviously we're gonna start showing stuff now that we've got for her because she's here so that's where this is from but this is such a cute little outfit for her to meet her brothers in but then a keepsake as well isn't it? We had a bit of a funny two hours when we got home didn't we? I'm struggling with feeding to be honest with you. No you're not she's smashing it but you're just No I'm not gonna give up, of course I'm not gonna give up but we're both learning and I'm struggling to how to get her on but the midwife I've already been shown at the hospital wasn't I but I don't know. You've just got to get used to it it's like riding a bike. It's the hands of like trying to get her on and then my boobs are so big at the moment she's just like ricocheting You're gonna get there, you just need to be patient. I need to find a position I need to find a different position but in terms of our first night with her, so we got home about 1am, we put her in her love to dream swaddle and she didn't like it you would have seen if you watched our birth vlog but she was in that swaddle suit, she wasn't settling and we were testing out a number of things then she did a massive huge poo and that was what aggravating her but we took her swaddle off and we just put an extra blanket on and then she slept then from 3am till 9am and she didn't even she was fine wasn't she? But then I'm panicking and thinking oh god she needs feeding, she's not fed for that long. She had like a 5 minute feed and then she didn't want any more. But when we were at the hospital she literally fed on out for about, well the first session was an hour and then it was like an hour and a half? No it was like 2 hours, yeah. She was continuously feeding for so I feel like she's like stockpiled. The midwives were like is she still feeding? I was like yeah and she was she was feeding because you could hear her swallowing. Yeah so she must have got loads of stuff. But she's so chill. So far oh no a jinxed it. Tiny little look at her though. Right mummy needs to have a shower. She's getting ready to meet her. Let's just see what this looks like. Big brothers oh my word oh no. I'll get another little, yeah that's silly, that's huge. Bless you, bless you I hope she's not getting a cold. No she's just been born. Whoops What? We haven't wrapped the boys presents from before. I know she needs to do that otherwise it's not gonna. Have we announced her name yet? Don't point that thing at me Yeah, surely we would have done that before this vlog. Yeah. I don't know actually because I don't know what order this is going to go in. No. Because you would want to see her the boys meeting her and then sit down so probably not actually. Right baby girl, your first job you need to wrap your big boys, your big brothers presents. Okay mum Right I'm just gonna sleep Look I got a bow or a little hat She's in her element Nursery is a bit of a clutter pile at the moment. Elle's been on a rampage buying all of the, I mean a lot of it's from our baby shower. Yeah she's excited No I don't have milk I don't have milk girl She's trying yeah. She might still be hungry. Daddy doesn't have that facilities. I don't think you have the facilities for that big man Maybe it's because of the position I've got there You can tell she had an anterior placenta She loves like putting her face in things She's flat out now look Go and have your shower, she's fine Okay so I'm just going to wrap the boys presents from baby girl They were playing with these at our friend's house when we went there. They're like mix matches, they're like transformer kind of things. I don't know I'm not into my boys toys but they were playing with these. We've got them two of these each. We did actually get them some Lego as well but we're going to save the Lego for another time when we need distractions. So yeah they're going to love these hopefully I'm going to get them wrapped now so that when they get back they can open them and they'll obviously be from baby girl I was going to have a shower but I need to do this first I did actually have a shower last night but I was thinking about washing my hair but my hair doesn't actually need washing I was thinking I was just I forgot about this like with a newborn how rushed everything feels because you just sit and enjoy the moment don't you and then hours go by and then it's like argh quick go go go. We will once the boys have met her and my mum. Yeah we can chill a little bit Today's going to be more frantic because people want to see her, yeah By the way I never realised how thirsty breastfeeding makes you I cannot stop thinking about drinking My mouth is so dry Just double check before you have electrolysed just check that okay Yeah the ones I take are pregnancy safe and breastfeeding safe because it was made by that It's like an independent thingy Anyway right let's wrap this because we've not got much time This is a little, what's this carrier? It's the Nigelle sleep carrier Handy isn't it? So handy You okay with it? was time for our first Ever family outing To grab some lunch Is it like an antique shop Noah's helping me on my coffee I want to test this coffee Because this looks absolutely delicious Let me mix it getting some lunch The boys have got these cheese sandwiches And they're crisps in them They do look good don't they We've come to a new spot Which is by our Near our house and we've never been here And it's literally incredible Coffee's banging, food is banging It's got a cool antique shop I only knew about it because I googled cafes Doesn't that make you realise That where you live There's so we're coming for a browse now Around the antique shop This is so cool There is another one Very risky with these two in here But isn't it His crocs are too small Oh my Okay that's going to have to be scenarios Like we're watching one now Where their dad takes them camping I swear they used to live on a boat No you're thinking Rosie and Jim What you been up to today You've got less than a minute to say I've been back at the hospital Getting more advice for breastfeeding I'm determined to get it And they checked her I was worried that she had a bad neck From coming out so quick Turns out I'm just not holding her correctly So I've got to breastfeed again in half an hour The hospital's going to ring me and check how we're doing But she's got her weigh in tomorrow Which I'm absolutely petrified about Because we've not been feeding very well Although we have been giving her a little bit of formula Haven't we I'm scared that they're going to say that I need to go back into the hospital With her and stay there So the camera cut out But I'm scared that because we haven't quite established feeding yet And she's been having like five minute feeds That they're going to say that I need to go back into the hospital And of course when you've come home And been at home you don't want to go back in Yeah I'm sure it'll be alright But we'll see, I don't mind going back to the hospital Like I did today to help I think as long as you explain If that's the case you're like okay well I know I need to give her more formula now It's fine It's going to be fine She's just really sleepy She is a very sleepy baby If I let her She would have slept through the night last night But she is only two days old And also Taz Elle's best friend And the boy's god mum Is coming to meet her in a minute Isn't she My dad hasn't met her yet He's coming tomorrow Oh yeah he was going to come today but he's got a cold as well Who else is there to meet them Just friends and family and stuff This first week is just like We're in a proper little newborn bubble And it's amazing isn't it By the way Now that we have a van I notice how beautiful all the roads are I can see over the hedge Everything in summer in the countryside Is incredible but you just don't see it when you're in a car So that's Oh my god it's peeing it down Okay that's summer over Right I also need to go and find my breast pump Your baby sister's arrived Oh my goodness Hi Hello How are you Hi I can't believe she's actually here I know it's mad Right Elle is just Laying with Noah because I put the boys to bed whilst Elle was Breast feeding and then Noah Blessed him he was like has mummy finished feeding Because he's been waiting the whole pregnancy For Elle to lay with him which she has been doing But it got to a point where her bump Was too big for her to lay with him So that's what she's doing I just came downstairs and I was like The house is a mess there's so much to tidy up So I was planning on moving her around In this with me Don't worry I've got an eye on her with the blankets on And I started doing it And then I was like hold on a second I should be soaking up this time and not worrying about the house Being a mess so I'm going to feed her some more because I think she's hungry But she just had her eyes open at me Wide open for about 5 minutes And it's the first proper time I've gotten to like speak to her And she was proper looking me up and down Such a cute thing to do So that was really special but anyway I'm going to feed her now See if she has this See if she opens her eyes again Here she goes Hello You got your eyes open There we go Hello Can you see your daddy Are you still hungry Shall we Feed you some more milk Your mummy is doing a great job isn't she She's doing amazing Not only did she make you And give birth to you She's given you her milk How amazing Here we go It's coming Yeah all good She's been wide awake with her eyes open Did she drink all that milk She's not had it yet That's breast milk But it was only a tiny bit with both of it in So I just mixed a tiny bit of this in Because she is really awake and hungry She had her eyes wide open For about 5 minutes staring at me It's really nice It's so nice this time around To have the trust in yourself And be able to take it in properly Rather than just be worried about what's going on That's the main difference this time You know what's to come And you know that everything is going to be alright You're able to enjoy it more With the boys, obviously with those two of them They had their milk allergy, they had reflux There was just a lot to contend with It was hard to actually enjoy it Because you're just in survival mode But this does not feel like survival mode at all Obviously the lack of sleep is hard But apart from that It is incredible It makes sense now Everything makes sense Our little family just feels so complete now How people don't want to have kids I will never know Because it is the best experience ever What we were made to do Is reproduce I could never see a version of me That would not want to have kids Especially after the fertility struggles And being told I potentially couldn't be a dad To now have twin boys and a little girl Is just... It was obviously just meant to be And I'm also loving my role Of looking after Elle I really wanted Elle to have the time to bond with her And I would focus on Making sure she's okay And making sure the boys are okay But obviously it's so nice for me to get to do this And bond with her And that's why Elle is pumping So that I can have this feeding time too Because I just love it Right, dinner time And we've got a little guest She's in her newborn high chair Which is actually extremely handy Eating Ben and Jerry's with a newborn I'm just writing out a fabulous list of things To go and get from downstairs Yeah, and then we're going to go to sleep I've got a galaxy bar here Oh gosh Right, I'm documenting this We are About to take the boys to nursery We're all dressed and ready We are so unbelievably late For nursery this morning But we've had it all, haven't we? She's cluster feeding, so wants feeding every two seconds Then she's done a massive poo explosion Her first one in her white company outfit But you boys have been great In fact, Ari slept in until 8 o'clock this morning Didn't you, bubs? And you helped change nappies Helped clean up sick And Noah was cuddling her this morning And helping feed her, weren't you? Yeah, you've been great boys Right, shall we go to nursery And show nursery your baby sister? Yeah, come on then Right, hard cut to two weeks later This was the first day Of us having her Since then, we have We've been doing a lot We've actually, she's slotted right in We're still getting to grips With the routine and stuff And we definitely underestimated how much energy it takes Having obviously Almost four year olds and a newborn And they're on half term So it's just been like Absolutely wild And we're both knackered But the memories we've made with them We're never ever going to forget this It's such a cool time, isn't it? Feels surreal, don't you think? Like we're still in the bubble We mentioned it in the last video with her name But she had a tongue tie A posterior tongue tie which has been snipped, hasn't it? Yeah, it has been And it's so much better I'm not in pain at all anymore She does seem a lot less pulling faces And groaning and stuff She's a lot more chill But how are you finding newborn life so far? It's fine, it's just like I knew it would be It's like finding the routine of things That's what's the hard part It's like trying to find a routine And find stuff that works But yeah, no, it's actually fine Like it's so fine But yeah, hopefully you enjoyed Seeing the boys meet her That went way better than I thought I thought that they would potter about, say hello and then not be bothered But they were like so invested And they still are, aren't they? They've been like that the whole time Noah and Ari as well Noah comes in first in the morning He's always like, where's Gracie?
