Welcome to the Big Table Loral Langemeier

This is Laurel and welcome to The Big Table. It's an enormous step and we're excited to have you. We congratulate you on a decision to change your life and your family's. So this is a program that is actually not a program, it's a lifestyle and it's a process that we're going to walk you through. So the original vision of The Big Table was, you know, could you imagine a couple hundred people that were like-minded investors where we could go do deals together. We could go buy some real estate and this is back in 2001. We could do, buy different companies. We could be together as just a small group. Well years later, 20 years later now, we are thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands of us. I don't even know how many, I don't know how many of them have all become millionaires but I know it's in the thousands if not tens of thousands and we're in six continents. So the vision went from a few hundred people to now what's an international, intercontinental and in so many countries changing so many lives. So that's what we're here to do and we've got to start with your financial infrastructure. So in the beginning when we did The Big Table, it was very curriculum based because I wanted it to really have people understand like anybody can be a millionaire. We're just not taught to be millionaires. We're taught to be occupational employees. So to be a millionaire, you've got to become an entrepreneur. You've got to become a wealth builder, an investor. There's so many different things that we're just not taught. So it's very, very heavily in the curriculum. In fact, at one point I hired a registered training organization to put some of it in order. So what we've come up with now is this millionaire matrix, right? And so you're going to be downloading these handouts and seeing that really to become a millionaire, there's four categories. You have to learn to make money. You have to learn to keep it. You have to invest it and use a team. So all of the evolution went from a very strict, in fact, it was so strict in the beginning I coached everyone up to the 15th table and then after that I started taking our success stories and they became coaches and those success stories become instructors and those success stories have become partners. So that's the evolution of the big table. Now we have so many big table members and so much diversity that instead of doing three sessions and three different series, it's all laid out that way here in the academy for you. But the way you consume it is really up to you and it's up to your coach and frankly it's up to me to sequence you because you all have such different backgrounds. So to put you all through the same curriculum didn't really make as much sense. So we've got a little freer. Now we meet three to four times a year. We meet every week online through a zoom and through a laser call. We're totally connecting with you on a regular basis. You should not ever go by a week without talking to your coach, your mastermind, joining us in the laser calls and getting help. There should never be a question that stays unanswered. I mean really for more than a day. We have calls every day. So the evolution is now that we do real estate tours, we do community events, we do collaborative events and we dig deep into different content pieces. So it's all based on the millionaire maker work, which by the way you need to read the books. They are very different in nature, all five of them and the body of work is all designed to help you become a millionaire. So understanding money rules will become critical as you decide to your investing strategy and what your rules are. See there are some financial planners on the team but I'm not. I'm not your planner. I'm not your tax strategist. I'm your strategist. I'm your guide. I'm going to help say if this was what I had, this is what I would do. I'm going to help you become a great entrepreneur, a great investor. And some of you, you're going to go off to do great projects on your own. You're going to learn to raise capital. You're going to go back to your communities and change communities. So we're excited. We're excited that you're here and we're excited that you're going to go change lives. The resources we have available are world-class. So there are anything from tax strategy, to entity, to trust, to insurance, real estate. If it has to do with money, we're going to talk about it. We have great cryptocurrency, digital currency, cannabis, hemp, you name it, the education's here for you. The accountability is yours with the way you're thinking about the big table. It's this huge mortgage board of all these choices and options for you. Our job is to help you put a plan together. It is your job to execute it. It's your job to resource the community. It's your job to call. It's your job to lean in and lead your coach. It is our job to keep you on track and validate you. It's your job to do the work. Masterminds are what I call the glue that holds this community together. Masterminds, Napoleon Hill style, right? Think and grow rich style. It's where a group, anywhere between five to eight, some of the masterminds got a little bigger. There might be 10 people. They come together and they work on, and as a complete collaborative effort to support somebody else's project, business goal, challenge, whatever they're in the middle of. And a mastermind is a giving activity to someone else's vision. Coaching is critical. You have a certain amount of paid coaching as part of your big table experience. And many people, quite frankly, continue to pay for specialized coaching after that because we have such an extraordinary team. Joint ventures, they're everywhere. They're everywhere. In fact, inside the academy is a two-page joint venture contract. You should print off a bunch of copies because you'll be joint venturing in a way that you've never known. It could be a whole nother revenue stream for you. And then really have access to my Rolodex. Those of you who really want to play and play big, which is the big table, you really want to step forward and say, you know, I need access to some of the greatest people. And collectively in our community, we're not six degrees of separation. We're more like one. Like we know who knows somebody, who knows somebody, and we can get things done for you very quickly. So you have access to me. You have access to my experience. You have access to my failures. You have access to my wins. You have access to my team. Depends what you want. So part of your planning and your strategy is to include those that I have used for, you know, whether you want to write books, you want to build a game, you want to buy real estate, you want to learn to raise capital, whatever you're here to learn. Some of it you know, and some of it, honestly, you don't even know the questions to ask yet. It is such a big conversation that has never been taught, unfortunately, around the world. Most people have no idea what to do with money at the most basic level, much less a more sophisticated level. So it's lifelong, which means if anything happens to me, we have a whole team around. In fact, when you get to the big table, you realize the big table isn't a Laurel event. It's a team event. It's a team of people who have been in this community for some decades, some two decades, some one year. There are some people who are just such high level experts that have come to the community to provide their expertise to you. I've known them for a few months. So whatever your lane is, bring that expertise, bring your brilliance and lean in and ask for what you want, ask for what your vision is and ask, you know, how do I start and who can help me? So it's up to you to commit, engage and grow. Make sure you're showing up. Laser calls are every Tuesday at four o'clock. They're absolutely critical. I lead them with Damon, who is your program manager. We'll be assigning you coaches. You'll be changing up coaches as you need. Again, it's a collaborative journey together and it's a process. It's not a program. We're not going to end. You're just going to start marching in the right direction with the right sequence. And our team is here for you to not only become a millionaire.
