We're in Williston, Cheshire today on one of the most exclusive roads in the area.
This is an Edwardian style new build by Boughtrom Luxury Homes.
They wanted to create a timeless and classic home,
but one that also fit in with the surrounding properties.
We come through electric gates onto this self-draining driveway
with plenty of parking for all of the vehicles you could want
for your Ferraris and your Bentleys.
Which one are you taking? Ferrari? Bentley? Let me know in the comments.
We also have a double car garage,
but one of my favorite features on the exterior of this house has to be the lighting.
We've got it underneath the coping stones, we've got it at the bottoms of the trees,
and we've also got it on the exterior of the garage and the main house.
It looks so good in the night, cannot wait to show you that.
We're going to get some great twilight shots.
But come on through, let's get a little bit closer to the house.
We've got the bespoke portico framing the entrance nicely,
and I love the dark features around the windows and the doors
and how that works really nicely with that red brick.
So let's come on through to the front door.
Welcome inside!
We come through this oversized aluminium security front door.
We've got a chandelier hanging up above
and a gallery landing that you can actually look out through the window to the drive.
I love that when these doors are open, you can see straight through into the garden.
That's a really cool choice, so when you first enter,
you can just see all the green space behind you.
We've got two rooms, one to your left, one to your right.
We're not going to show you that just yet because we're going to head this way.
We'll get a quick look at the staircase
and then some of these internal doors which are in the same wood stain called Smoked Oak.
A custom wood stain that Bortram, the developers,
created with a company called Morale, and it looks amazing.
Just here we have a WC, toilet, powder room, whatever you want to call it.
Beautiful Italian tiles, some gold accents through there.
But now we're going to head through into this open plan space.
Wow!
This is an incredibly spacious kitchen.
We've even got two islands.
Let's break this down starting with island number one.
Now this is a handmade kitchen, entirely bespoke for this property.
It's what you want in a luxury property, something that nobody has.
The built-up worktops are granite.
Even the sink here is carved out of that granite bespoke for this kitchen.
And the granite is actually bookmatched as well.
That's on that island as well, but also on the splashback of this kitchen.
We have the Bertazzoni gas hob.
I'm always interested, what do you prefer, gas or electric hobs?
We have the Bertazzoni ovens just here as well, two of those.
And there's also a secondary kitchen.
So stay tuned, we are going to show you that as well.
Beautiful Italian tiles all the way through the kitchen.
It's actually underfloor heating in five different zones
that you can control throughout the house.
The ceiling feels a little bit lower inside this kitchen.
We have almost a false ceiling here,
with the same cornicing detail that we see around the edge of the room.
It's a real shaker style kitchen.
We've got the fluted glass, see on the balustrade of the staircase.
Fridge, freezer, coffee machine, all from AEG.
So they've really made use of all of the space possible
and built in this little corner pantry.
It's a really nice feature.
And then we have two wine coolers integrated into the island at this end as well.
Now I'll come on through into this lounge area,
where we have a beautiful media wall here.
Currently without a TV, but a great location for one.
And then we have the kind of ornamental display areas with the LED strips around.
An interesting fact about this house,
there's actually three quarters of a kilometre of LED strips just in this house.
Come on this way, you might not be able to see from there,
but we actually have a room just inside.
So this is an office, great spot to get some work done,
where we also have access out onto the back garden.
I found this gold camera earlier.
Should we start filming tours on this?
And then up above, we also have a skylight.
Again, more LEDs.
So just outside the entrance to that office, we have the heat miser display,
and that's what you'd use to control all the underfloor heating.
Another interesting fact, there's 48,000 pounds of insulation in this house.
So once you've turned it on here on the ground floor,
you probably won't need it up above.
So here we have the dining table.
It's benefiting from some incredible views
out of probably some of the widest bifold doors I've seen in a very long time.
We've got the skylight up above as well.
So benefiting from more natural light.
This is an east-facing garden, and we've got loads of patio space as well.
Wrapping around, perfect for barbecues, jacuzzis,
but we'll get to that in a little bit.
Now I mentioned the bifold doors before.
This is from a local company called Doors and Windows Systems.
It does what it says on the tin.
They make doors and window systems.
We've also got these blinds here, look.
And that's a really nice addition to bifold doors.
You don't need blinds here, you know, or curtains I should say.
You can just have them actually integrated within the door.
Pretty handy.
But one of the most special features in this kitchen has to be the second island.
So we've got bar stools just at this side.
Bar stools, breakfast stools, but I'm thinking bar stools.
Because we've got the champagne trough just here.
So you can set up all your drinks nicely.
Appreciate the views from your kind of like inbuilt custom dinette bar station.
Pretty cool.
You'll definitely be having some drinks here during the evenings.
Come on through then into the secondary kitchen and utility room.
And I've got something very special to show you in here.
You're probably wondering, what is this?
Is it a speed camera?
Is it a speaker?
Well, no, it's the sponsor of today's video.

Now thanks again to them for sponsoring the video.
Let's carry on with the tour.
Now the material palette inside this secondary kitchen is very similar
but we've kind of flipped with the colour scheme.
So we've got these white doors and then the dark wood on top of the countertops
rather than vice versa.
Gas powered hob with an oven and then as we go this way,
it's more of a kind of boot room and utility
somewhere where you can access,
maybe bring the dogs in when you come back from a walk in the countryside
and I think one of the main purposes of this space
was so that if you had catering staff, chefs in here
and you were sat eating outside,
they could prepare the food in here,
exit onto the back patio.
Perfect.
Now come on back out.
As we mentioned when we first came in,
there are two rooms right by the entrance to show you.
Come on through.
So we're going to head right first.
I love the scene lighting above the architraves on all of the doors.
Come on through.
We switched to carpet in here so it's nice and soft.
I have my indoor tour shoes on so they are very clean.
We have a view out to the Bentley through this window
and for the rest of the driveway.
I like the LED strips inside of this room.
I want to know though,
what would you do with this room?
I think this would be a perfect spot if you had a home business.
So if you were doing like nail tech, beauty salon, that type of stuff,
this would be perfect and I'll show you why.
Come through here.
So as we come on in,
we've got the bathroom, warm anti-toilet, walk-in shower through there.
Access out so your customers can come in.
If you come through here,
wouldn't this just make the perfect treatment room?
This would be great for it.
Not that I get my nails done all the time,
but I've got a vision for it.
This would work.
I've also got security just there.
Now straight across, we have another lounge.
Now this is a good sitting room.
I think this would make another excellent room for a TV.
Definitely put that up there somewhere to sit and enjoy.
But even without a TV,
it's quite a nice formal space that you can sit,
enjoy some conversation with guests,
have a cup of tea.
And one of the best views,
gotta be out to that Ferrari.
So now we've checked out the whole of the ground floor.
We're going to head up to the first and check out some bedrooms.
Come on up.
Now on the first floor,
we have three further bedrooms,
all have beautiful en suites.
And then on the second floor,
we have a further two bedrooms and one bathroom up there.
The first room I'm going to take you into is this principal bedroom.
In this bedroom, but also throughout the property,
I noticed some things that make it really feel like a luxury hotel.
And this bed definitely has that impression.
The symmetry of the pendant lights hanging down,
you know, the sort of false ceiling up above.
And this beautiful media wall fit perfectly for a 65 inch TV in there.
This is a real luxury feeling through here.
And it doesn't stop just in the bedroom.
So this is your dressing room.
Now this can be finished to whoever buys this property's standards.
You know, you could have built-in wardrobes all the way around,
but this gives a good impression.
But I think that's probably what you'd want to do.
You'd want this on this side here, a nice desk.
And then you have all of your built-in storage
in a kind of U-shape around this room.
But come on through to the bathroom.
All of the bathrooms on this first floor are Luso, an Italian brand.
Beautiful tiling all the way around.
There's some interesting features in this bathroom though.
There's some clever sensors in here that trigger the low lighting.
So even at night, you've got lights there at a very dim level,
nice and moody, but so you can actually make your way to the bathroom.
But also another sensor that works out when you're inside of the bathroom
and preheats the water for you.
So you never have to wait an eternity for hot water.
Have that in your house, pretty incredible.
Got the walk-in shower just behind there.
Again, the brushed gold fittings that we see throughout the house
and a beautiful freestanding bath framed perfectly next to that view.
The bath has a bit of a matte finish to it and that's similar to these basins.
I've always really loved the basins where it's just a soft curve.
There's no like cuts into it.
Yeah, I love that finish.
Now I know some of you really like these technical details.
So before we show you the next bedroom,
have a look at this little plant and boiler room.
Now, if you're not familiar with plant and boiler rooms,
this is a very neat example.
I'm going to check out this bedroom just here.
Another incredible size.
Again, so much room inside these bedrooms and light that comes in.
Feels beautiful and I love the full ceiling detail.
That's one thing about Cheshire that makes a great location for a home.
As opposed to somewhere like London where the house prices are so high,
you get so much more value for your money in a house like this.
Come on through.
We've got another Italian bathroom, automatic lights just come on.
This one is in a black and white theme, very minimal.
I quite like this.
Yeah, for me, this is my favorite material choice in the bathroom.
I prefer the other one layout-wise, but I like the black and white myself.
When you come out of this bedroom, you've got the galleried landing just below.
So have a little look down.
This light fitting was something that was created by Bortram in-house.
So yeah, very nice to have a product that fits the vibe of the house so well.
All the brushed gold fittings, this matches that perfectly.
Lots of natural light flooding into the landing.
So we've got another bedroom just here, storage cupboard in there.
And another bedroom of definitely the same standard,
but even better views from this one.
So again, we've got the false ceiling above the bed.
Makes it feel more separate.
I really like that feature.
Very cool to see all the LEDs.
Yeah, the lighting makes a big difference.
And then the ensuite is just here.
This one has a nice little desk here.
And then as we go through, automatic lighting yet again.
Toilet just around the corner, can't quite see that.
And then two different basins.
I like they've gone for different styles in each of the bathroom.
They all feel individual.
Something that I think luxury property should all do.
So you don't have to share the same bathroom concept.
Now that we've seen the first three,
let's head upstairs and check out the last two bedrooms.
Come on up.
So as I mentioned, there are two further bedrooms up here.
Both share the bathroom in the middle.
Perfect bathroom setup.
Again, Luso Italian tiles.
So come on through to the first bedroom in the second floor.
Slightly smaller ceiling heights in here.
You can tell we're in the roof.
We've got a different pitch on the ceilings.
Again, with the LED lighting though.
So I like that that hasn't stopped up here.
We've still got those interesting features.
We've got a space for a dressing table just around the corner here.
House has actually been supplied to all of the windows as well.
So if you wanted like automatic blinds fitting in,
that's going to be super easy to do.
One of the greatest things about a house like this
is that it's basically finished,
but there are still little things that you can spec out
and customize to your own liking.
Like the walk-in wardrobes, all these little touches.
Like when you buy a car, you can get it standard,
but you can spec it out.
So you've got lots of scope to do that here.
Come on through.
Second bedroom time.
So this is essentially a mirror of the other side.
Here we've got some built-in storage.
You know, that'd be a great spot for some clothes.
You can see the designer bags there already.
And we've got the LED lighting,
views out to the back,
radiators up here so we stay nice and toasty.
But as we mentioned before,
probably not going to need to turn it on much.
Because that underfloor heating
is just going to rise up through the house,
keep it nice and toasty up here.
And then just behind you Jaz,
we have this seating area here.
Now I mentioned in the intro,
this house is all about lighting
and it looks absolutely stunning at night.
So we're going to wait for the sun to go down slightly
and then we're going to show you the garden
and the house from the back.
Now I know I said I was going to meet you all in the garden,
but how could we not come back out to the front
when it looks like this?
We've got all the lights on now
underneath all of the coping stones.
We've got it outside the garage
and out the front of the house too.
This looks absolutely breathtaking at night.
It's like a different house
because it's completely transformed how it looks.
Let's head now through to the side access.
Now we haven't shown you this yet,
there is 200 square meters
of sunset breakfast patio space around here,
full of potential.
I'd have to stick a little hot tub here,
have a barbecue area along the side
so when the sun comes through here in the evenings,
it'd be a perfect little entertainment spot.
Now while you have a look
at the stunning exterior of this property from the rear,
I can see beautiful green lands all the way that way.
It's super rural, lovely place for walks,
but it's also a really convenient location.
We're 15 minutes away from Chester City,
we're 15 minutes away from Liverpool,
only 40 minutes away from Manchester Airport,
30 minutes from Liverpool Airport,
so really easy to commute from here
and yeah, a great area.
I hope you've all enjoyed watching this tour.
