Patina Meadow: The Carriage House Tour

Take a full tour of our newly completed carriage house studio and custom pond project here in Tennessee.

In this video, I walk you through the full design process behind what Brooke and I call our “deconstructed house” concept—a property made up of intentional spaces that work together instead of one oversized home.

What started as a dream of having a house on a pond evolved into something much bigger: a custom-built pond fed by an old natural spring, a stone carriage house studio inspired by English Cotswold architecture, and a creative workspace designed around art, music, meetings, and eventually… a cool car.
