AI GeneratedFour DP2 visual arts students present their exhibition themes, exploring diverse concepts ranging from psychological luxuries and human identity to the commodification of nature and the evolution of female elegance through various artistic media.
My name is Jia Todd and I am a DP2 visual arts student and this is my exhibition.
My exhibition explores the idea of luxuries beyond material wealth. Instead of focusing
on riches and status, I examine psychological luxuries like confidence, freedom, support,
and self-acceptance. These are desires that many people have but don't always attain.
Through the use of ceramics, textiles, photography, and sculptures,
I was able to visually represent these unseen struggles.
My name is Jakob Neamsa, I'm a DP2 art student and in my exhibition I've been exploring the
themes of identity, presence, and the emotions related to human experience. I've done this
using different media such as oil painting, textiles, sculpture, and photography.
Hello my name is Theodora and I'm a DP2 visual arts student. The theme of my exhibition is
nature a commercial product and it explores how human greed exploits and commodifies the
natural world. My inspiration came unexpectedly when I found a giant spider encased in resin
and this made me realize how we preserve and claim pieces of nature.
Hello I'm Iris Negro and I'm a DP2 student in the visual arts program. Today is the day of
the exhibition and mine is based on the theme elegance. I chose to make it in such terms that
elegance is expressed to the female body and I chose to lay my artworks from the moment
a woman feels vulnerable until she feels confident.
