This Antique Mall Just Kept Getting Better
WILLIAMSTON
Hidden bargains, unusual antiques, and collector treasures fill this massive antique mall in Williamston, Michigan—but can we still find affordable resale inventory in a place known for high-end dealers?
We’re shopping Antique Market of Williamston, Michigan, searching for vintage and antique collectibles to bring to our upcoming show. The surprises start early as Dave uncovers a pile of $1 vintage fruit labels, inexpensive Boyd’s Debbie Duck figurines, and hens-on-nests at prices that feel like another era. Even in a mall packed with experienced resellers, great buys still appear around every corner.
But this mall is not only about resale finds. Serious collectors will spot impeccable MCM 1950s lamps, bobbleheads, Christmas collectibles, elegant Art Nouveau pottery, antique wood and tin toys, and a charming 1910s children’s print in its original frame. Every booth feels packed with history, nostalgia, and the kind of items collectors hope to discover but rarely expect to see in one place.
There’s also plenty of unexpected eye candy throughout the mall, including a giant red circus sideshow eyeball, a wall covered in wooden 1960s skateboards, and a huge neon advertising clock. Michigan’s manufacturing history shows up everywhere, from die-casting equipment and vintage car advertising to Richard cameo glass, Coro Duette jewelry, and Venetian dressing trays once owned by the wealthy. Antique Market of Williamston easily lives up to its reputation as one of Michigan’s most fascinating antique destinations.
