Inside the Exquisite Modern Barnhouse of ZEB House Behind The Design House Tour

This is my design. I wanted to have a single story house and just to have it really raw and natural as possible. I'm Crystal and we are at my home and this is Deb. So we are in Nundri. We decided to build here because we wanted a little bit of acreage and we just wanted to have our children grow up in a location where they can be themselves. The biggest thing for me was having an indoor-outdoor living. I have to have grand openings, I have to have a kitchen that flows to the outside and a master bedroom for me is key. I designed this house basically around my master bedroom. As you walk in you will see our beautiful big A-frame window which looks out onto our property. The A-frame window flows over into the ensuite where you will have a big open beautiful shower and a round bath to look out to the view. So as you walk into our kitchen we have open plan kitchen living dining that flows onto our alfresco area. Our kitchen it's more of a country style feel. I love my brass finishes. We love entertaining and cooking so as we walk out from the kitchen we have our alfresco area. We've got a hand-built wood-fired pizza oven and a barbecue. In the cooler months we have a beautiful big cast iron fireplace. As we walk on down from the kitchen we head on down into the kids quarter. We've got four bedrooms. They share a beautiful paired back very organic bathroom. We've flowed through with travertine or through the bathroom. Beautiful brass finishes and a free standing bath. I chose ABI because one I love the aesthetics of their products. They look amazing. They're very functional. I love the brass finish and we've used the cross taps. I feel the cross brings it feels country. It feels barn which is what my style of my house is so it fits in just perfectly. When you walk into my home I want you to feel relaxed. It's a space to kick back and just enjoy its serenity that surrounds us.
