Raphael and Perugino, 'The Marriage of the Virgin'

James M. Bradburne, general director of the Pinacoteca Brera and Biblioteca Braidense, presents the first dialogue between the master and the pupil: Perugino and Raphael, the Marriage of the Virgin.
Perugino's large altarpiece is returning to Italy, in Pinacoteca Brera, for the first time in over two hundred years for display alongside his pupil Raphael's masterpiece.
