🥗 Ingredients:
• 1 cup pasta
• 1 cup green peas
• 1 pickle
• 1 red onion
• 1 red bell pepper
• 1 carrot
• 3 green onions
🥣 Dressing:
• 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp mustard
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 2 garlic cloves, grated
• Salt & black pepper
👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Boil the pasta in salted water for about 8 minutes until tender.
2. Cook the green peas in boiling water for 3–4 minutes, then drain.
3. Add the pasta and peas to a large salad bowl.
4. Dice the pickle, red onion, red bell pepper, and carrot into small cubes. Finely chop the green onions.
5. Transfer all vegetables into the salad bowl.
6. In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, apple cider vinegar, grated garlic, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
