http://www.VideoJoeKnows.com Applying a 1st coat of finish paint over a drywall patch, is the next step, to calling your patch complete. You mean the drywall patch is not complete yet, after applying a coat of finish paint to the drywall patch? I wasn't planning on applying another coat of paint to the drywall patch, since I already applied a coat of primer to the patch, before applying the coat of finish paint. Isn't that good enough? Do I have to do more to this drywall patch, after I apply the initial coat of finish paint? What's the big deal? It will look good enough, if I just apply one coat of finish paint to my drywall patch....plus I don't want to waste paint. Maybe that's why my patches don't ever seem to come out looking very good....? I use the very same paint that's on the drywall now, but it always looks different. hmmmmm. Maybe "joe" has something to say about applying a coat of finish paint over a drywall patch. http://www.VideoJoeKnows.com
