Super Frank Lampard has done his managerial job,
finally grabbing big success, taking Coventry to the Prem.
The team's at top of the table at the time of recording, destined for promotion.
I'm recording this a little bit early, hopefully the promoter by now.
If not, I'm going to look silly, but they definitely will get promoted
with the goal difference over the other clubs, Coventry are going up.
But can they make that step up and then go one further?
As today I rebuild Frank Lampard's Coventry City,
making them Champions League winners.
With this team, yes, people have been waiting for this rebuild all year,
because I honestly thought they'd get promoted from the off.
They started really well.
Once they did get going, and this team looks very good,
we've got 75 rated here for the Premier League,
but some lone boys still, like Karl Rushworth only on loan,
and Onyeka only on loan.
Haji Wright as the striker, De Silva, Grimes captain.
A few reserves here, I had no idea that Yamin Hyok was hiding out.
We're dobbing now up to the bench.
We've got Torp, we've got Sims.
Once one of the biggest names going around,
but the first thing we've got to start by doing
is terminating the lone boys.
We don't have them in this division.
We've got Haji Wright, Bobby Thomas at the back.
This man's been very good when fit, Jack Radoni.
He reminds me of a James Madison, who also was at Coventry City.
And after releasement, 13 million in the top flight.
As yes, people, I've swapped Coventry City to get into the Premier League,
alongside Ipswich I gambled with, and Millwall to get promoted.
Yes, Southampton look on the rise, but I didn't want to just promote them.
Obviously, the only guarantee is Coventry,
with the objective avoid relegation and Champions League in four years.
That's the first time I've ever seen that objective pop up.
The board already thinking about it.
Whilst alongside Ipswich Town and Millwall,
we've got the worst team, probably one of the worst budgets,
now we don't have a keeper and a centre mid.
However, switch Kitching into that middle.
Wright should hold on as a striker,
definitely need to get some more players in for this league.
And as I said at the start,
there is one manager here at Coventry who's done all this.
And that is super Frank Lampard.
So I think we had a little objective
of signing from each one of the teams he has previously managed.
To go ahead and prove them all wrong,
as yes, we could go with his tactical shape,
as Hadji Wright has scored 17 goals for Frank Lampard's side.
And Matt Grimes, the captain, has been pivotal, playing most minutes.
Two players I definitely want on their drills that they go with,
so target forward and deep playing playmaker.
I think we could settle with that.
Big Bobby Thomas as a blocker, I think in the defence could be a good move.
As down here, there is SA,
another player I need to remember to release from his loan deal.
Same as that man there.
Anybody coming back?
We do have Norman Bessette, a youngster,
who I probably could have kept out on loan.
But still, we want to improve this squad.
And we want it to stand every chance of sticking in this Premier League.
Academy-wise, I'm not going to give up on this,
but I'm not going to put the money towards it.
Definitely need to sign players.
And Peter Barnes looks OK.
He'll get a promotion to the first team as only two coaches coming in.
I want to save every penny,
especially with Premier League wages kicking in.
Hadji Wright is on 63k.
Grimes on 62.
Rodoni, 55.
Sakamoto, 54.
And somehow the money's gone around the houses
and risen to £14 million.
I think I am going to start with the next club of Lampards,
then go elsewhere.
I think a reasonable thing to do would be to take from a club
who's also managed that in the Championship,
which he's just got Coventry out of,
and Jakob Wiedel-Zetterstrom.
Mainly going for this man as a bit of a gamble.
Maybe the potential can step up,
but if not, we'll go and get a veteran goalkeeper season two.
Just me trying to survive by signing him.
Gives us another option.
Andy will start games.
Same as this man from Vitoria.
Pleasant playing in Europe.
Lukasz Czerw or Krew, only 24.
And that leaves us with £2 million,
but I'm actually not going to waste that budget.
Literally all we need to do is finish above Ipswich,
Millwall and someone else.
And maybe I'm overly deluded,
but I think we'll be just fine.
I knew the defence had time to grow.
Wiedel-Zetterstrom in goal has.
I did want to sign another defender for De Silva to be replaced,
but actually statistically, him, Rushworth and Matt Grimes.
Them three players in the middle played the most moments
for Coventry City under Lampard in the Championship,
as Grove from Mason, Clark, Radoni, none from right.
Going a little bit wrong up top.
We've almost got an 80 rated.
And now I think about it,
maybe West Ham and Leeds United
could be actually weaker than our team.
And we stand a chance of survival
because I did put Spurs in the Championship,
just for the lols.
As if we are to go down,
hopefully we don't have to play them.
We've got right with 18 goals, no growth.
Mason, Clark with 15 plus four.
Norman Bessette still training, only 21.
We're going to try and revive him.
And Kane Kessler-Hayden, brilliant loan at Stockport County,
fighting for promotion themselves.
And I called it, didn't I?
We needed to finish above Ipswich Millwall and another team.
And I did just mention Leeds United.
Coventry will be in the Premier League for another season.
However, I still think we strengthen up,
potentially using veterans,
as I do worry for the budget we'll get given next year.
And it's a quarterfinal of the FA Cup.
Not the best round in Coventry's recent history.
Anyone remember Manchester United,
Mark Robbins, that wonder game?
I still feel for Coventry fans actually losing that as Huddersfield.
They beat us in the Carabao Cup,
but still, we've got a sign from two more Frank Lampard clubs
and just build on from here.
Team's looking good.
So good in fact, Lampard is getting rumoured with the Dortmund job.
Imagine him in charge of Joe Bellingham,
him and company against each other.
Both recent managers in the championship and only 26 million.
We're rebuilding the hard way.
And if you actually like seeing rebuilds with not much money,
but a team in the Premier League, which is a hard challenge,
please do hit a like.
The YouTube algorithm's working very weirdly at the moment.
And the only thing that I am seeing from the stats on the YouTube page
is likes help push videos,
not current views, watch time.
Likes are doing a lot of heavy lifting.
Especially for my own channel,
I don't know why the videos with more likes get pushed out longer.
And hit that subscribe button if you haven't done already,
as we need to survive two seasons in a row.
And yes, Spurs have actually climbed back up.
God damn it.
It'll be hard to survive now.
I saw Middlesbrough finally got promoted.
We need to work at left back, work at right mid.
And despite the goals he scored,
does Hadji Wright get replaced or does he just get coached?
We've got players back in from loans like Barnes,
Kessler-Hayden, Brough, Raphael and Markelo.
As I am going to go with coaches.
We've got Moore in.
Despite the first player I'm actually going to sign being a veteran player.
Well, I was gonna say,
it is the old man Tarkovsky from Everton,
but he's gone to Marseille.
So we don't really need him now.
That wants to tick off the Everton objective,
being one of Frank Lampard's ex-clubs.
So instead, I might as well go young with Jax Akomye.
What a signing.
The inner money balls coming out of me.
It's 4.8 from Ligue 2.
And I know I said everything about Jadon Silva.
He's gonna be the backup.
We're gonna get Brough out on loan.
And this man statistically looks like he could really grow
and move centrally if we needed him to.
Josh Eccles to a DM.
Maybe meaning Peter Barnes gets another loan out.
However, looking at him statistically,
two weeks to a centre-back.
I think he'll do just fine there.
Potentially could stay here this season.
And I would like to maybe get another strike through the door.
But Hadji Wright did score a lot of goals.
So maybe he stays and we just focus on one position.
Selling two players.
Jake Bidwell goes to Watford.
Sakamoto goes to Anderlecht.
And we spend a whopping 20 million on a big player
to hopefully score more goals for us.
Ernest Poku is the next Jeremy Fringbom
coming out of Bayer Leverkusen.
Very excited to utilise him.
Five star, five star.
And when you look at the ratings,
Milan Van Uyghur just behind him.
Dutch connection.
Bobby Thomas rising.
Maybe to an England international.
Same as Rodoni, who's the top scorer.
Yes, Wright's dropped off as Sante's played more than him.
One rating increase.
That goes for the pair of them.
Some game time went to Gianno Marchello.
And we've got to improve these players like Victor Torb to a DM.
Peter Barnes now to a centre-back.
A 69 overall.
And why's Acomia not played?
I thought he'd play a bit more at left-back.
We've got Kitchen, Thomas.
Okay, now Grimes isn't growing.
Just like Wright isn't.
But hey, a 12th place finish in the Premier League.
Not bad.
It shows Frank Lampard's improvement.
The one behind a former club in Everton and in the FA Cup.
Losing to Swansea City.
Right, we're getting further away from a trophy.
As Swansea do the double overs are in the Carabao.
And I'm not going to wait for a trophy this season.
I think we sign from another ex-club.
Then we go for silverware.
I've got specific plans for specific players.
But striking options I don't think we actually go to former clubs for.
Maybe these two positions.
Also could be signed in.
Matt Grimes, what a servant he is being.
And been.
But it might be time for him to leave the club.
Same as Kitchen.
The only thing is he's rare because he's a left-footed centre-back.
Bench I'm trusting a lot more for this division.
We've got some good overalls.
Back from loan.
We've got Brault.
We've got Bessette.
Have we got money?
Yes, we do.
It's creeping up there.
We've got £37 million.
And our objective of reaching the Champions League is still there.
Europa League I don't think is too unrealistic.
Hang on.
Let's go for it this season, shall we?
Not me downplaying silverware.
Let's get Frank Lampard lifting a trophy.
But firstly to one of his former clubs.
We've got to try and steal from Everton.
Everton's players like to get old.
I mean Alcaraz is not really utilised.
Armstrong could be a midfielder.
But he has come through the Everton ranks.
No offence to Everton fans.
I don't want Barry.
I don't want Beto.
I think I do want a defensive midfielder.
And I think I've found my perfect man.
If you watch the second channel, YTMWS2.
This man is my favourite player in my Everton rebuild.
Big Tim Urugbunum.
He's only 24.
And I think can make a career for himself here at Coventry City.
Leaving one ex-Lampard team.
And the team that he always wanted to be at.
Unfortunately didn't work out for him.
Hadji Wright, Thomas Asante and Sims.
All stacked up as strikers.
I think we get two of them out.
Because Big Tim did cost a lot of money.
And I don't want to go to Chelsea.
We've got £15 million to spend.
Surely there's someone out there in Europe.
Like we just found Poku.
Worth taking on.
As we're going to sell to buy.
I'm actually not just going to sell the two strikers.
Joe goes out the club.
He's going to go to the Serie B.
Palermo.
Thomas Asante goes to Vallecano.
So one to Italy.
One to Spain.
And it is Hadji Wright getting sold.
Eli Sims is the survivor.
Here at this Coventry project.
£6.1 million.
Again giving us a big pot of money to go out there.
And hopefully get our end game man.
58 points.
That's not bad you know.
Especially with the new man we had to pay a release clause on.
That's how demand or in demand he was.
Out of La Liga.
There is Liverpool, Aston Villa, Chelsea and United.
In our way of Champions League football.
Only 10 points off you know.
Considering where Coventry have come from.
Right the Emirates FA Cup.
Again a quarterfinal.
Bloody Liverpool.
Come on let's win some silverware.
I changed my mind.
I wanted it this season.
We're not going to get it this season however.
We've definitely got to go next year.
Hopefully Conference League.
Beaten by Everton.
Where Tim has just come out from.
And he's not played because of grimes.
We got Diakite or Diakite over a centre-back.
Because he's 24 year old.
Plus Kitchen has an 84 rated at the side of him.
I wish Tim would grow a little bit more.
Maybe he could be a centre-back.
Same as a commie a little bit.
This man needs to grow.
This man was the money ball signing.
I thought would really grow.
Kesla Hayden could cover him two weeks to left back.
So we're going to get another 80 rated defender.
If he doesn't hurry up and grow.
And only eight goals from Umar Diakite.
That's painful.
Especially with all the money we piled into him.
You know what's more painful however?
Champions League.
Not reached.
But the expectation is on us.
And sorry the Conference League's not reached as well.
That's the one we should have gone into.
Still no expectation on the FA Cup.
Which I'd love to win with 50 million.
I think it's the season we lose a player.
We've been very good at buying to sell.
But Kitchen has to go out.
Kesla Hayden comes into that position.
We've got a very good bench.
A fully over 80 team.
And down here we've got De Silva.
We've got two left backs we actually don't need.
We've got a backup goalie who's a little bit too good.
Maybe it's the time to make money.
Too many Swedish players in goal spoil the broth.
So we're going to be selling.
First one Liam Kitchen.
I have just got straight out.
An offer too good to refuse.
For the ex-Barnsley lad.
And now goes out a goalkeeper.
We've sold Zetterström.
Definitely want to get a keeper in.
He's going over to Hoffenheim.
Looking like Doug Tham.
And my Grimsey fans will know what I mean by that.
We've got roughly about 70 million.
We're a little bit down on contract negotiations.
And Chelsea have a bunch of keepers.
Not going for Sanchez of course.
Because A. He's the first teamer.
And B. I don't think he's good enough.
Although he is lower rated than Philipp Jürgensen.
I think Jürgensen may want a fresh start.
Surely he didn't like the fact he was backup.
Go on Super Frank.
Use your charm.
Bring him to Coventry.
Goalie kit looking beautiful.
And now we're one signing off perfect.
For a European push.
And I don't like that I am essentially taking over a team that's just got promoted.
And essentially ripping it apart.
Like Homelander does to people in the boys.
I know that's a weird analogy.
But Jadon Silva's gone.
40 mil.
Signed from every ex-club of his.
Frank Lampard that being.
As Kane Kessler-Hayden.
In the starting 11.
In the left-back slot.
And I can't believe the rating on Lloyd Kelly.
Coming back over to the Premier League.
And it's a sneaky double signature.
I'm going to attempt it.
I'm going to attempt to say it.
Because I'm actually really glad I signed him.
Oskar Pietrzowski.
He came over from Porto.
Mason Clarke.
A player I really rate in real life.
I actually tipped him when it was a few years back.
To maybe get in the England squad by now.
And I know I'm a little bit off.
But he looks brilliant.
And plus he's Jamaican now.
I swear he had the nationality of England at one point.
And he's changed that.
Don't make me look like an idiot Mason.
As I look like an idiot.
Because Ecomier is now back into the team.
Lloyd Kelly joined at an 82.
And has since risen.
But the best player is the goalkeeper Philip Jürgensen.
Big convincing job from Frank Lampard to get him over here.
Guess that's why they call him Super Frank.
And Pockers took his time.
Just like Coventry's took their time.
In the championship to cook up this promotion.
They are getting.
And they've took their time to cook up.
Champions League placement.
20 wins.
Crystal Palace our biggest threat.
Taking Chelsea's goalie was a big move.
Oh and I wanted silverware.
So close again in the FA Cup.
Coventry do love a run in it.
With the Carabao.
A round of 16 against Arsenal is very unlucky.
The Champions League still have teams like City and Barcelona dominating it.
But I am hoping with investment we can actually win this.
Maybe first try.
Maybe second try.
I saw a lot of wins from Frank Lampard end of the season.
An ex-player.
Wins player of the year.
Victor Giocheres.
If we could afford him.
I would have loved to bring him back.
But no chance.
Two players in the team of the year however.
Okay Coventry.
They want this Champions League winning right now.
124 million.
They want the Premier League title.
Who's this board that we've got?
Reach a semi-final.
Reach a semi-final again.
Frank Lampard's under serious pressure.
However, he's done a good job so far.
Have Spurs got relegated down again?
No.
But they're in the relegation zone.
And no one out of spectacle order.
It's really funny to see.
But what's not funny is them objectives.
So we have got to try and get Cook in.
We've got almost a 90 rated player in goal.
Diakate.
Do we replace him?
Pocker was the top scorer.
We've got a replacement for Mason Clarke.
Cook in.
Maybe a striker and DM.
Bobby Thomas has come a long way.
He could do with some backup.
Very strong but not very pacing.
However, only the age of 28.
It reminds me of a better Tarkowski.
Who he was going to sign and it's a good job we didn't.
Because he's already retired.
And I was going to sign him at the same time.
Gus Hamer still stuck at Sheffield United.
And was such a good player for Coventry.
It's sad to see that Coventry's rise has
aligned itself with his downfall at the Blades.
Of course, he's still a really good player.
But they need that little boost.
The Blades need to be higher in the table.
As that one player I just previously mentioned.
Victor Kyokures.
He's actually affordable.
58 million.
It's the typical Coventry signing, isn't it?
I'm going to check if Arsenal have another striker.
I know we're in the Champions League now.
But it would seem a little bit unreal.
However, this as their list of strikers.
Jose Roberto Barbosa.
Nowak.
Endrik.
I might have to do the obvious.
And bring big Victor Kyokures back to the place it didn't begin.
He was at Swansea and Brighton before this in the Premier League.
So the other 40 million is going on the CDM
to hopefully maybe get us into that semi-final.
Expected by the board.
Big expectations.
Tyler Morton is a player that's just like risen.
The same as Coventry.
He was at Hull City on loan in the Championship.
Got a move to Lyonnais.
One of Arnie Slott's potential.
Bad moves.
Getting rid of him.
We've got Kelly.
88.
Kyokures, the same.
A decent bench with Timur Agbunim.
Now we've got Oskar Petrowski.
Please, comments, let me know I'm saying that correctly.
I hope I'm not wrong.
He's going to be on the left-hand side.
Poku on the right.
Rodoni for the middle.
Kyokures.
Skirvi.
Morton.
I love what we've been building here.
And finally it's paid off.
Squad depth.
Good team.
Trusting Frankie Lampard.
Coventry City win the Premier League.
Now it's just going to go one further.
The Champions League is FA Cup.
We've been close every time.
An ex-Lampard club actually beat us.
And I'm guessing we went out early in the Carabao.
That was Cheltenham Town.
We hang on in the league phase.
Beating Dortmund by two goals to nil.
Paris almost come back on us.
Then we hammered Marseille.
And we reach a Champions League finale.
Coventry against Real Madrid.
The top scorer of the club.
The very selfish Kyokures.
Grabbing 31 for himself.
And I saw the player of the Premier League.
It's our goalkeeper.
Jürgensen.
What an absolute steal.
We've stuck with our basic R shape.
At Benfica Stadium.
Closer to Madrid than England.
Or Coventry for that matter.
We can't be in the sky blue kit.
That's a shame.
But Tyler Morton.
Get us going.
Jack Rodoni.
Rodoni tries to skip away.
He's got Valverde chipping at his heels.
We're going to play this tactically.
Obviously we've got very basic tactics.
But we've got a very good striker.
Who's very greedy and can finish.
Unlike in real life a little bit.
Here goes Victor Kyokures.
If you've got Big Vic in your team.
That's the chance you really want falling to him.
Van Urvijt gets the tackle.
Was he there when Victor Kyokures was actually there?
I don't think he was.
There's Tyler Morton.
Floods it to this side.
It is Piatkowski.
Trying to whip a ball in.
And that's Kyokures again.
It might have the touch in real life of Lukaku.
But he's actually trying to get his head on things.
And win this trophy for the team that kind of jump-started his career.
Vinny Junior.
Around the corner.
Brilliant ball on to Eduardo Camavinga.
Back post Mastantuono.
And that's why he's the player of the year.
Philippe Jürgensen.
It's a brilliant rollout as well.
Jack Rodoni.
Straight through the middle.
And Kyokures on the counter-attack.
Scores.
Where is the celebration?
Victor Kyokures.
Scores for Frank Lampard.
Celebrating with Diakite.
Who obviously was my long-term replacement.
But didn't work out.
Big finish.
Big Vic.
At least someone's put their pedal to the metal.
Needs a fuller cross.
Mastantuono.
Inside on to Jude Bellingham.
Who I thought was going to shoot.
Cuts inside and does shoot.
Is it just me or is every celebration in this game when you 1-0 up?
Them running to the halfway line.
Kind of cocky from Jude Bellingham.
Still everything to play for.
And you best bet we're going to be up for this.
Carreras taps this out of play.
We're going to take the pro in quickly.
Van Urwijk.
Down the line from Ernest Poku.
I want that link up going very well.
That's a brilliant skill move.
Van Urwijk.
He's in the middle.
Tries to pull it back.
Upamecano playing for them.
Fantastic touch.
But Van Urwijk.
Milan into the middle.
Rodoni has to play it back into Martin.
Lining up a shot with him.
Before he loses the ball.
And it's like every game ends up 2-1.
I'd love to win this game by more than that.
And of course, just win the game period.
Because we're only level at the moment.
Poku.
Do see the run of Giocarez.
But I'm going to go out wide into Oscar.
Instead, Giocarez across.
Almost forcing a mistake.
We'll take this corner short.
Oscar into Rodoni.
Rodoni drills it down low.
The best player for them.
Mastantuono with the block.
Bobby Thomas has had Mbappe in his back pocket.
Rodoni first to that ball.
Martin was almost through just a little bit.
But Oscar picks back up on it.
Rodoni.
Going to play this smartly.
Churves down the line.
Ernest Poku.
It's past Victor Giocarez.
But at the back post it is Oscar.
Brilliant ball drilled across from winger to winger.
And that's what you get with a basic formation.
Far from basic goal.
But what we needed.
Valverde.
Got to keep them quiet just a little bit longer.
Getting right side.
Dean Heusen turns around.
Loving the urgency.
Valverde into Mbappe.
Vini Jr.
All day long I'll take this.
All day long.
A brilliant header down.
Almost back on the ball.
Kylian Mbappe.
That's asked a lot of the striker.
As we let the clock tick down.
And the fans still made it across to Portugal in sky blue.
Oscar Piotrowski and Victor Giocarez goals.
Do see Coventry lift the Champions League.
Really glad we've got our hands on this.
As if you're excited to see another rebuild.
A promotion or relegation one.
Comment below who.
And obviously subscribe.
