City Return with a Roar! Hull City 2-0 Manchester United | Premier League Highlights

The teams are out. The fireworks are burning. The flags are raised. A sea of amber and black. Now the picture here at the MKM Stadium. We will be hearing that Premier League anthem for the first time when they do the traditional walk and handshakes in heaven. Shaw floats the early cross in. Salakis thought about coming originally. Ball drops. A good save from Salakis to save it. I'm not sure what Mendy was doing ducking under the ball, Joe. Under the cross. I think Salakis got him out of jail there. McBurnie releases Ryan Giles down the left-hand side. Looks to float the early cross and that's not a bad ball. Looks McBurnie. Good save from We've seen that before. That combination. Giles out to McBurnie. Peach of a cross. It's going to be Regan Slater to take this corner. Floats in towards the near post. It drops. McBurnie's there. It doesn't go in. No, it does. Shemi Adrai fires the Tigers ahead. It was a mad scramble but Shemi Adrai scores for the Tigers. Back to the Premier League. With a bang. Wow. Wow. Wow. You can see Shemi Adrai and Nobel Mendy at that back post. John Egan's now made a run towards that back post. Bulumi ignores him. Slater drifts it in. And the header's lost in. They both flew in in that six yard area and Mendy the record signing. Welcome to Hull City. Wow. Wow. Two set pieces. Two goals. One corner. One free kick. Hull City 2-0 Manchester United. Wow. Bulumi looks to set up McBurnie. McBurnie on the turn. Ball goes out wide. Finds Drame. Drame lost strike. Just wider the target from Cody Drame. That could have wrapped the game up. Wasn't far away, was it? Here's Mbwema racing through. Looks to play it through. Good save from Salakis. Brilliant save from the Greek goalkeeper to preserve the clean sheet and to keep Manchester United at bay. And Manchester United have been beaten on the opening day of the season as the Tigers come back to the top flight with a roar. Said at the start, you know, it was a blank page in the history book of Hull City. Start writing the story.
