Butter Garlic steak with Eggs Swedish Outdoor Cooking
Today I’m cooking a rich, butter‑cooked steak over open fire on the Swedish coast. The steak goes straight into hot, bubbling butter and slowly develops a deep, golden crust as it cooks in garlic and rosemary. The butter foams around the meat, giving it that silky, tender texture you only get from cooking directly in fat.
On the side, I make a bright Korean‑style tomato salad with heat, sweetness, and acidity to cut through the richness of the steak.
And to top it of, a perfect egg with yolk running down.
Simple ingredients, real fire, and the calm rhythm of outdoor cooking by the water.
No talking — just cooking, fire, and the coastline.
If you enjoy outdoor cooking, ASMR food videos, or rustic recipes made over open flame, this one is for you.
