Greet Minnen (BEL) vs Iva Jovic (USA) | 2026 Billie Jean King Cup Qualifiers | Highlights

First tasty rally, and this one goes the way of Jovic. No hesitation to take that forehand down the line. Nicely done. And his first set backhand serve after breaking his minin. Had the time to line up. Oh, that worked out well. Is she okay, Jovic? He's taking a tumble. That one was on the line. Hefty on the backhand. He set up the forehand. Oh, that's heavy. And potent. That's thumped away for 4-2. Two break points. Taken by Jovic. Very nice with her footwork also. Unfinished in style. They can celebrate, the fans. And the captain can smile also. Big set to win for Harit Minin. She takes it 7-5. Cut off beautifully by Minin. Ah, the change of direction. Maybe Jovic didn't see it coming. Dictating more and more with the forehand, having the time to do so. Oh, not only was it a net cord. Some venom on that forehand. In the final of 2023 in Spain. Went into the corner. Not being said in the Billie Jean King Cup. She's played some excellent tennis, Minin. Good anticipation by Jovic. Moved over to her right. Well, that turned out to be a nice net cord for Jovic. Belgium through to the Billie Jean King Cup finals for the first time since 2022. It is Harit Minin who clenches it. She comes in for Elise Mertens and gets her second top 20 victory.
