Published 25-Mar-20 Recorded 06-Mar-20 Sometimes, the smallest towns often bring the biggest rewards. Exhaustion over took me driving from Phoenix to El Paso, a 5 hour drive. While driving, I used Siri to search for the nearest RV park and was served up. CATTLE REST RV PARK & SALOON. Saloon!!! I asked Siri to dial the park, checked availability, rates, and made a $26 one night reservation. That accidental stop, as usual, caused a series of events to occur that I would have missed struggling to keep driving. As a tourist in the typical sense, there is no way I would have ever been in Willcox, Arizona. Thrilled the RV lifestyle and Vanlife enabled me to experience a PLACE, meet a dead PERSON, and a stay at a charming RV Park. Welcome to the Cattle Rest RV Park & Saloon!
