Sealing a brick wall 2nd coat...Part 1

http://www.VideoJoeKnows.com Sealing a brick wall 2nd coat (Part 1) is easy, when you know how. You don't want to just sealing a brick wall with just 1 coat of sealer. You need to apply at least 2 coats of sealer to your brick wall project. How long should you wait before coats before sealing the brick on the 2nd coat? Can I use just a paint brush to apply the 2nd coat of sealer, if the brick wall is not very long/big?
