FOUNTAIN INN PD DOESN'T SECURE THEIR PRISIONER! #police #cops #government
Out cop watchin one night & heard on the scanner a man called about another man swerving all over the hwy, I got there before the cops so I decided to stay in the car & hopefully not be seen while filming them. They arrested a man & didn't secure him, he could have ran off if he wanted to. I'm sure there was some policy violations going on.
