Would you be willing to live on a remote mountain, completely isolated from the modern world?
On this journey, I ventured deep into the remote mountain ranges of Xinyang County, Henan Province. Nestled among the misty peaks lies a spectacular "Heavenly Village," where generations have lived for nearly 800 years.

During filming, a light rain began to fall, further enhancing the mysterious and pristine atmosphere of the village. I spoke with the locals, and most told me they had no desire to live in the city. They lead a self-sufficient life—growing their own vegetables and raising poultry. They still wash their clothes by the crystal-clear river, cherishing it as a gift from nature. During the flood season, they even fish there. This is truly a real-life Shangri-La.
The villagers jokingly say they are "almost forgotten by the world," yet they still exude a sense of eternal happiness and peace.
