Butterfly Pea Chia Pudding
5 g (½ tablespoon) butterfly pea or blue spirulina powder
120 g (½ cup) coconut yogurt or coconut Greek yogurt
60 g (¼ cup) nut milk or plant-based milk of choice
2.5 g (½ teaspoon) vanilla extract
7.5 g (½ tablespoon) agave syrup, maple syrup, or honey
20 g (2 tablespoons) chia seeds
Handful fresh blueberries
100 g (½ cup) coconut yogurt
1,25 g (½ teaspoon) vanilla extract
Some dried butterfly pea flowers (optional)
Matcha Kiwi Chia Pudding
20 g (1/6 cup) chia seeds
180 g (3/4 cup) almond milk
1 g (1/2 teaspoon) matcha powder
7.5 g (1/2 tablespoon) agave syrup
2 kiwis
Handful coconut flakes
Blueberry Coconut Chia Pudding
50 g (1/3 cup) blueberries, fresh or frozen
150 g (2/3 cup) almond milk
20 g (2 tablespoons) chia seeds
Handful raspberries
100 g (½ cup) coconut yogurt
1,25 g (½ teaspoon) vanilla extract
Mango Chia Pudding
120 g (½ cup) coconut yogurt or coconut Greek yogurt
60 g (¼ cup) nut milk or plant-based milk of choice
20 g (1/6 cup) chia seeds
300 g (1 3/4 cups) fresh or frozen mango
