An incredibly creamy and fluffy Raffaello cake straight from the pan, which turns out perfectly in just a few minutes without the need for an oven, mixer or scales.

Ingredients (for a pan with a diameter of 24, 25 or 26 cm):
Batter:
2 eggs
100 g sugar (approx. 4 heaped tbsp)
1 packet of vanillin or a pinch of vanillin (In Germany, vanillin is usually sold in 8g packets, as they are more accustomed to it)
130 ml milk (approx. half a glass)
70 ml neutral oil (approx. 5 tbsp) (The word ‘neutrales’ or “geschmacksneutrales” is better than ‘raffiniertes’, as it means that the oil has no smell)
30 g desiccated coconut (approx. 3 tbsp)
approx. 160–180 g flour (approx. 1 glass)
10 g baking powder (approx. 2 tsp)
For soaking:
150 ml milk
2 tbsp condensed milk (sweetened condensed milk)
Glaze:
1 bar of white chocolate (80–100 g)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Desiccated coconut or flaked almonds for sprinkling
