In this short clip, David brings us to the city of Bursa for an inside look at the original, historic Iskender Kebap Restaurant. Founded by the Patriarch Iskender Efendi in 1867, this internationally acclaimed kebap started here (look for the blue house), though many imitators have popped up over the years. Made with roasted lamp, tomato sauce, yogurt, pita, butter sauce and served with a side of delicious homemade grape juice, this kebap is truly the country's most delicious.
