Home to the Thracian Tomb of Kazanlak, this UNESCO World Heritage Site dates back to the 4th century BC and gives us an incredible glimpse into the belief systems of the ancient Thracian civilization. From the beautiful depictions of the afterlife in the tomb's ceiling murals to the stunning vaulted brickwork, the Thracian Tomb of Kazanlak is one of Bulgaria's most unique and interesting historical sites to visit.
