Staying with Wimdu for a staycation in my home city was a fantastic experience! Everyone thinks of Miami Beach when they think of Miami, which is why I wanted to give you a tour of all the different neighborhoods that make up Miami Beach. After checking into a beautiful 2-bedroom/ 2-bathroom apartment, I took a drive through Sunny Isles to see billionaire' row and the powdery white sand beach.
Then a quick stop at the Bal Harbour Shops to show you the best mall in Miami if you want to do some luxury shopping and eat a delicious Italian meal at Carpaccio Restaurant. Next up is the family-friendly community of Surfside, then onto Miami Beach along Collins Avenue from Lincoln Road to 41st Street. That's where most people stay when they come to Miami Beach - it's an area with lots of shopping, dining, and nightlife. It's often referred to as "Mid-Beach."
And finally a quick drive through South Beach to see the iconic Art Deco architecture and bustling Ocean Drive. We made a quick stop at Joe's Stone Crabs to show you the gorgeous claws you can order when you go!
