WMSR 1309: Blooming Cinders to Frostburg

As a special surprise the western Maryland scenic decided to run their steam engine #1309 for the final leg of the winter Allegheny trains. These are trains that go all the way to Frostburg twice a day. Once at 9am and 1pm. The trees were blooming, the grass was turning green and the weather was starting to change for the better.

The footage in this video is from a combination of Saturday and Sunday so that is why you see the difference in weather. Otherwise enjoy the video.
