I recently visited a pop-up restaurant called Sansara where my friend Sachi Statz and Andres Vega are making reinvented Cuban food of your dreams!

Spanish for Samsara – the cycle of life and rebirth at Sansara, the goal is to create cuisine that has the soul of Cuban food, but rethought from fresh eyes.
Even thought they are only a pop-up, Sansara has been mentioned in Bon Apetit as the top 15 places to get Cuban food in Miami. Currently they are doing brunch Sunday from 10:30-3:30 but keep in mind they are still a pop-up so be sure to check their Instagram to find out what they are up to.
