Five MASSIVE Cheesy French BURGERS at Amour de Miami | Miami, Florida
Hey everyone! I’m back at home in Miami for the rest of 2018 after an epic, 3-week-long trip to India. I recently visited an amazing burger joint in town called Amour de Miami, a French-American fusion restaurant that serves some of the biggest, craziest, and most decadent burgers I’ve ever seen.

Everything in Amour de Miami is French-inspired, even the paper menu! After a quick look through it, we decided on what we wanted to try.
Our first item was the Avocado Burger, which actually has buns made of avocado sprinkled with some sesame seeds. It also contains bacon, American cheese, lettuce, and two beefy patties served on a bed of arugula. This burger was so big that we split it and still had to eat it with a fork and knife! It was a nice, juicy, charred burger with a crispy outside. The avocado added a nice flavor, and it was nice to have beef again after nearly a month in India!
The second burger we tried was a monster made of a large beef patty that sits on a massive breaded and fried cheese patty. The burger was messy, cheesy, and oh so delicious. The cheese was creamy and had a strong flavor, kind of like blue cheese or brie.
Next up was the Tower Burger, a behemoth that contains six slices of thick bread, four burger patties, and a river of cheese fondue that’s poured on top and cascades down the sides. We were overwhelmed just looking at it! The cheese was outstanding! It’s a mix of swiss, cheddar, and whipping cream and was creamy, rich, and so different from the cheese from the second burger. We also had some mimosas with this one.
Our next burger was the French Toast Madness, a towering breakfast-inspired burger that contains three pieces of French toast, bacon, scrambled eggs, two burger patties, American cheese, and is drowned in an avalanche of maple syrup. All of that maple syrup makes this dish! It’s sweet and savory and has so many contrasting flavors and textures. I loved it!
Next, we had a burger that was bathed in the same cheese fondue as the Tower Burger and had French fries throughout, including on top and scattered around it. It was so cheesy! If you love cheese, you will love this burger.
