4 Disney Experiences in ONE Day?! Ale & Compass Lunch + Skyliner + HS + Disney Springs!!

Hey everybody, we are at Disney's Yacht Club. We're gonna be going to Ale and Compass for a little Easter brunch, but happy Easter everyone. Happy Easter. She is doing a check-in. We're at noon. Oh, you're too far, too far, too far away. We're right there. Oh, all right. So we're not doing a check-in. But here is the grounds of, and it's actually not super busy. We've been here before. We were actually here for Thanksgiving dinner, which was really nice a couple years ago. Look at the fountain. And we were just commenting that the guest parking lot was not that busy. So not sure why, where everyone is on Easter. But since we can't be home with family, which is, you know, what we really wanted to do, uh, wanted to be in St. Louis with family, we figure instead of sitting home, uh, being sad that we can't be back in St. Louis, we would come here for a little Easter brunch. Lunch. Lunch. Lunch brunch, right at noon. Okay. So two. Okay. She's checking us in. It's going to say all set. Yeah. They're doing construction here. I didn't really know that. Quite a bit of scaffolding. Wow. Not busy here either. And Andrea's wearing her Easter dress that she got. I thought this is the closest Easter shirt I may have. Kind of looks like Easter eggs. Colors. The colors anyway. Oh, here we go. Look at this. Always love these. It opened. Oh, they do have some Easter eggs here. Let's take a quick look. Oh, that's cool. Hercules. Movie Brave. We have not seen that one. Pirates of the Caribbean. Check this out. That's awesome. Really, really cool. They all have a good front and back on they do. Oh yeah. She said the back. Definitely. Yeah. It's got a treasure chest. It's got a treasure map. It's got the pirate ship. That's really cool. Robin Hood. Nice hunchback of Notre Dame. Notre Dame. Oh, there he is. Quasimodo. Fantasy Parade Mickey. That's cool. The movie Coco. Actually, I believe another movie we need to see. We're behind on this one. But this is very cool. So we already checked in at Ale and Compass. We're just waiting on our little text, but we'll show you around the lobby a little more. And we've even seen the eggs. Okay, we just stepped outside. Check this out. This looks really nice. Yeah, we'll go this way after brunch. We'll do a little walk on the boardwalk. But here's this side of the building. And Andrea's checking if we're called in yet. I don't believe we are. Okay. Different type of nuts. Looks like a pretzel. Our table's ready. Here we go. Ale and Compass. Yeah, we've eaten in this room before. I think for Thanksgiving. Wow. Okay, so the crazy thing, if I could find the video, I'm sure I can. But Thanksgiving before last, this was our table right here. Because we had a family of four right there. Yeah, they were sick. Yeah, someone was sick. And we're like, ah. But we were sitting in the same spots. I was in this spot. Andy was in that spot over there. Oh, well, maybe I get the cushy spot now. She gets the cushy. So she gets this nice spot. They're both cushy. And then I get a chair. They're both cushy. But yeah, so this is the very table we were at. That's crazy. And then when we came with the family, we were right around the corner at that circle table. Oh, yeah. And then, yep, with the corner table right there, the round one, we were all right there. Let's see what they have for. Okay, so it doesn't look like a special menu for Easter. But that's fine. We have lunch plates. Cheddar burger. Oh, I think I had that before. Beer battered fish and chips. Steak and egg. Crab cake Benedict. Andrea may have got that. No, my sister got that. And I think my mom. But I am once again going with the smoked salmon flatbread, which is under the salads and flatbread because it was amazing. Oh, yeah, I see it. Drinks have arrived. I have a Bloody Mary. Definitely to the rim. So I think I may have to go to it. Or if you want to cheer like this, I'll slide it along the table. Oh, boy. Clink. Look at that. No spill. All right. That was level expert. Bless me. All right. Oh, it's nice and spicy. So cheers, everyone. Happy Easter. Once again, it occurred to me I should have maybe got a mimosa because that's what we usually have when we're in St. Louis at our get together. The family all has. But the Bloody Mary means that you're getting your vegetables. Yeah, and heck of a spice. Think of it as an adult V8. But where's. I may have to be HM and ask for a couple of olives. You got to have olives with a Bloody Mary. Right. Drop it in the comments if I should ask for an olive. You got to. It goes. Okay. But anyway, it tastes lovely. And my smoked salmon flatbread has arrived. I had this last time we came here for lunch and it was absolutely fabulous. It's got little caviar pieces. It's got a little bit of the hollandaise sauce. And of course, the salmon. Very excited. And then I got the cheddar burger. I have had this before, but it has sunny side up egg that will be a little runny. Look how crisp the bacon looks. It's nice and crispy. And then these are my type of fries, everyone. Yes. Yeah, this looks fabulous. And I was HM. Ask me if or let me know if you would have asked for olives, but it's got to have olives, right? He did have three, but I took one. This is the way. Try one of these right away. They're piping hot. Yep. My kind of fries. Thumbs up approval. She likes it. Oh, all right. I may have to have Andrew show me taking a bite of this burger. Look at it. And look how tall it is. That's crazy. Looks quite, quite, quite amazing. All right. Going in full. Holy moly. You taste the char on the burger. Nicely charred. Let me get a bite on this side because the egg will go. Look at that. Oh, man. I chose correctly. Very good char on the grill. So I've had this one other time when we all had the big circle table with Andrea's family, but this is the best so far. Better than the last time. Wow. So we are done. Andrea did very well on her flatbread. I took care of, I left a little bun, but I got to say, I'm going to go on record. This is the best burger on property for a sit down. I always say the best burger for like, well, no sci-fi dine in theater is also sit down. I used to say that was the best burger on property, but this cheddar burger is giving it a run for the money. Those may be the top two. Super good. So we may leave right now and maybe we'll show you the gift shop here at the hotel, right? Yeah. And then quick lap around the boardwalk. And we forgot to mention two part video. Stay tuned. Holy cow. All right. These chairs are the best. So comfortable, but look at this place. We're going to head into this gift shop right here and show you what that's all about. Look at that. Here's a little map. So there's a yacht club side and then the beach club side, but both the restaurants we've ever been to yacht club side. So yachtsman steakhouse, we've been there and ale and compass like three times. There you go. Okay. So there's a Mickey's beach, beach bash breakfast. Say that three times. Beaches and cream. So that's where you can get that kitchen sink. Yeah. Okay. We may have to try that sometime, but yeah, so we've been to these two very, both very, very good. And then I think we grabbed a drink or so at working handles. Oh, we have poolside. Yep. Yep. Oh, your mom and I grabbed a drink the one time. Yep. All right. Cool stuff. Gift shop right here. The market at ale and compass. Please use main entrance around the corner. Thank you. We will. Oh yeah. We see some mannequins. Oh, look at that lounge fly. It's got the little, um, what are they called? The, uh, like the sailor style ears. What are those called? Oh my God. Life preservers. No. Life preservers. The thing that you wear. Mickey ears. Okay. More you would like to call it. It's a life preserver. Maybe it is. Oh, maybe I'm thinking of a life vest. Yeah. Look at this. We got a wheel. We got, uh, one of those things. Oh, I like that hat. The coffee cup. Hey, I should have picked these up by now. Oh, look at the bottom. That's cool. It's like a hidden Mickey on the bottom. Okay. This is probably worth 23 plus. And then look at this ornament. Oh my gosh. I probably wouldn't have picked it up. Oh yeah. That's probably a way to break it. Okay. I did have three quarters of a Bloody Mary. Okay. That's really cool. How much is that? We may have to get this. 27. Look at little Mickey and Minnie. 20% off. That's about $5. Oh my gosh. Look at their little sale. That's awesome though. Oh boy. I really like this too. I mean, I'm not big on sweatshirts, although it's really soft though. That would be like a lounger on the house sweatshirt. And beach towels, right? Yeah. That's so cool. Look at how fancy. We have plenty of this. There's the fleece. What'd you call this? No, it's more tech. It's like a, it's like a windbreaker type of pullover. Oh, didn't even notice the hidden Mickey here. That's why it's hidden. But that's what it is. Look at this. That's cool. Oh, and they're magnetic. Okay. All right. This store just has lots of cool stuff. Look at that. I would actually like to have just this, but probably not for sale. Games, liquor, plushes. They have pins too, right? That's what these are. Oh, decals. It's the latest pins. All the parks. That's cool. Uh, Grogu. Oh, I like this one. R2-D2. That's cool. And then look at this little Grogu one. Oh, he's in his little egg. I have that one right there. Yep. You have that one. Do we have any Hawkeye? She's always looking for Hawkeye. No, I think I have the only two that they have now. All right. I kind of like this one. Oh, and I like this one. He's wearing like a Run Disney. Whoops. He's wearing like Run Disney medals. They all are. He's got a medal. That's a Magic Man pluses. It's a great gift shop. These things I would actually just buy. And you can't find them at the other Disney gift shops because they're specific to this resort. Awesome. We were just told some of the new things. This one for sure. And then there's a ladies one. Well, this too, the candle. So this is supposed to be scent of the Yacht Club. Oh yeah. It smells like when we first walked in. It is. It's the scent of the Yacht Club. So that's awesome. Real glass. Yeah. So she was saying, so the men's quarter zip right back here, the Yacht Club sweatshirt. Yep. And then the ladies one is right here. Oh, it's got the thumb dealing. Very cool. All right. We did promise we would not buy any more coffee cups, but that is just too cool. So we're going to have to. All right. We just left the Yacht Club. Look at all this. And the pool is popping. Oh, Holy cow. I didn't even look this way. Yeah. The pool's packed. Oh, so right through that tent there, there is a little grab and go and a bar. Andrea's mom and I grabbed a drink there several years ago. Well, we all did. And we set it right on this pillar here. Yep. And we all took photos of it to this little lighthouse as well. And it was freezing. It was pretty cold. So we're thinking of a quick little audible, as we say, we are still going to Disney Springs, but I think we want to pop over to Hollywood studios real quick. Cause there's a hat I want and we got to show you the Skyliner. And we only our second trip ever on the Skyliner. She's not a fan, but it's very tall. We were going to do a whole lap around here, but maybe save that for another day. We do have Swan and Dolphin. Hotel over there. And then I believe over here is the one with the fancy cakes and what's, what's the name of that? And there's a deli over there. The cake shop. Oh my God. The fancy cakes. What's it called? Cake shop. We've never been in there actually, but yeah, you can rent these little bikes where y'all pedal. So I always say I would come here. If I would stay in Disney, it would be Polynesian, but look at this resort. So not only do you have those two high quality restaurants, but look at this. This looks amazing. It's got the windmill. It's got pirate ship there that I believe has a water slide. Yeah, it's right there. You're looking straight at it. You know, you get your bar going on here. Hurricane Hannah's. Yeah. So I think I wouldn't mind staying here at the yacht club. That's pretty awesome. Oh yeah. Here it is. Look how cool this slide looks. Looks like it'd be really dark though. All right. That's cool. And you got a white sand beach right here. Looks like it's too hot. Nobody wants this. Fire pit. Oh yeah. Fire pit. All right. So we were just over there. Beach club. There's the dolphin. I call it swan and fish, but, and then right here is the entrance to Epcot or the Skyliner. It's really cool. I think we know someone over there. Got the music sounds like, uh, is that from France or France? Here we go. There's France right there. Got Remy's Ratatouille. And we got a friendship boat. Oh yeah. All kinds of things happening. Look at that. How cool, right? Friendship boat. Skyliner. Yeah. We've only been on this once. Where does it go? Right here. How do we know where, where it goes? Is there Hollywood studios? I guess we'll figure it out. All right. So we need Caribbean beach. Get off there. Transfer Hollywood studios. All right. We're not pros at the Skyliner. So maybe it's time. It's time. No. It's been a long time. There's Pluto. All right. Well, we're not getting, well, maybe we'll get that one. No, we won't. Oh, we might get Monsters Inc. Here we go. Only our second time ever on the Skyliner. Oh, all right. Get that wind going much better. There we go. Oh, we're going to get a bird's eye view of France on our left. Welcome aboard the Disney Skyliner at Epcon International Gateway. We're flying to Disney's Riviera Resort with a final stop at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. How cool. Okay. What's interesting about these, it's like you're flying. It's very quiet. There's no engine sounds and you do get a breeze from these little screens right here. Nice breeze. Soon we'll be flying past Disney's Boardwalk Inn and Disney's Boardwalk Villas. This charming lakeside resort offers magical lounges, enchanting restaurants, and live entertainment on the boardwalk every evening. Oh, we're going over some roads here. Not sure what all that is. Yeah, a bird on the Skyliner following up the view. We're kicking back. What's happening? Hey, I got one right. Oh my gosh. Holy moly. Here we go. So we don't get off here. We get off at Caribbean. The first time I had my Magic Band, my Magic Plus, so it made different noises and it buzzed. I was not used to that happening. She just set this one up today. Got it at Character Warehouse several months ago. A heck of a deal. So it's Avengers, and the only reason I got it is because Hawkeye's on it. But Hawkeye is right there, so you can't even see him. Well, you know he's there. But yeah, look at this. Crossroads. We got our friend over there with the Coke. Bo. Bo. Bo knows. Bo. Yeah, Bo. But yeah, we're mainly interested in this shop right here. All right, this was the hat I liked. And I was like, yes, I think I need it. Whoops. I just make sure there's nothing wrong with it. But yeah, that one's cool. Then there was another one I liked. It might have been over down to the left a little bit. Oh, I got some shot glasses. One of each park. Lovely, lovely. Yep, there's the other one I like. Right here. Oh, it's got Mickey and Minnie on the back. Oh, and then I like the shirt too. Holy cow. I did like this one a lot. All right, and Bo, this was our quickest visit to Hollywood Studios ever. We quickly, literally just went into the gift shop there. And Bo is telling us. More merch. The Skyliner is that away. Yeah, so Bo, we'll be back. Now we need to get the Epcot line back to the boardwalk. And we did see over this way the balloon from Disney Springs. That's where we're heading. So, uh, Riviera Resort Epcot. A nice bird's eye view of the Caribbean resort. That's where we're heading. Disney Springs. Where the balloon is. Wow, look at that lake. There are baby ducks. Hold on, baby ducks. Oh my gosh. That's like the cutest thing ever. Okay. That's too cool. Oh my gosh. Ducks in a people's swimming pool. You're part of the vlog. We're saying hello to the fam on Easter. It's Angie. Oh, there she is. Hello. Hello. We are rooftop parking people, but the rooftop is jam-packed. The rooftop is roofing. Yes. We are entering Disney Springs, but the only problem, we've been in the heat a long time. We are thirsty as can be. So, I mean, the top of the Coke building looks a little busy, but they would probably have ice, icy Cokes. That's too far of a walk just to get a drink. I don't know. All those ramps. Super thirsty. And we did hear, no, they were blocking the free buses. We may have to check that out. So, the buses here at the Springs used to be the way to get to all the resorts, but lately we hear they're even asking if you have a reservation, which is crazy. Oh, Coke icy. I need, need. Yeah, but I'm not going to walk up five levels of a ramp. They have an elevator. You never get stuck and then you're never going to drink at all. But the problem is there's a lot of people up there. So, I think it would be quite a wait. We need something really fast. Hoppers. All right. Here's what we're looking at. It's quite a line. Here's the line right here. Wow. A lot of people want a cookie. All right. It may not be meant to be this time. There is an hour wait. So, we actually may just go to the co-op and see what the Easter picture is. We promised our Min Pins Luke and Lorelei that we were going to spend Easter with them. And they've already been home quite a bit. So, we need to get home to them. Yeah. So, I don't know that we could add another hour wait on top of that. But, yep. All right. Goofy's Candy Co. Goofy's Candy Co. for the win. We are like dying of thirst. That makes more sense. And we did see this last time. This looks like really, really cool. Seven Dwarfs Collector's Set. Don't eat the apple though. $99 for the whole set. Yep. Don't eat the apple. All right. And I do like the chess set. $1,900. You could be the proud owner. Oh, but look at the Haunted Mansion glasses. Oh, that is cool. $99 and they're stacked in a little Haunted Mansion coffin. That's cool. Yeah, I should not be allowed in that shop at all. Yeah, Andy should not, not only be allowed, but not to be touching or near anything he could touch. What are you smelling? I am smelling some soaps at the basin. Yeah, the smell of all the soaps just pouring out of here. Pouring? Pouring. All right. Well, we think we are done here today. It was a long day, but yeah, this for the win for sure. Yeah, but we did three things that we think have never been put together in one video, but it was Ale and Compass. It was Hollywood Studios and Skyliner Ride. Yeah, so we will pick another day to do our cookie. It's going to be well worth it because it is the peanut butter chocolate swirl and I'm so excited for it, but we just don't have the time the way today and it being Easter Sunday.
