How to Create a Business Email with a Free Domain in 2026 | Neo Mail

What we're going to do on the homepage here is click start with email under business email with domain. And then this is where you choose the domain for your business. And that should just be the name of your business. So I'll, for example, do John Law YouTube, and we'll see if that's available. And since that is available, I'll just click use this domain. And what you're going to do here is just create an account on the Neo site. So I'll enter my name, then I'll enter a email and a password. And this is what you can use to sign in to your business email address. Okay, and you can't really see the technical setup you're avoiding here. But trust me, this is nicer than a lot of other flows. And so here you want to choose the actual mailbox. So this could be your first name at the domain. It could be hello. And then this is where if you have other people or other email addresses you want to make, just add them here. For example, maybe Sarah helps me out with video. So I give her an email address. Maybe I want a partnerships email for collaborations and so on. Just go through that flow at as many mailboxes as you would like for the other people that are part of your business or the applications for certain email addresses. In this case, I'll just go ahead and skip that. Same thing here. If you wanted those contact sales admin app is an easy place to add them. I will skip this. And then this is the AI powered website that I mentioned. So we're going to go ahead and add this. So if you don't have a website already, then this is a super easy way to get one up for your business. And again, a lot of people who get emails from you or who maybe you email are going to use that domain as the reference point for going to find out your website. OK, now here is the pricing. Now we're going to go back here to the main site, and then I'm going to click sign in to my customer account. And then under my name, I'm going to hit access Neo Admin Panel. So now here I can track and I can manage my email accounts. So this one. And then also I can go to site. And here's what we're going to set up and manage the AI site. So we already have the business name. It's going to integrate the email automatically for us. And then I'll just say that the business is a YouTube channel about business, entrepreneurship and personal finance. And we'll hit build site with AI. And while it's building our site for us, this will just take a minute or two. I want to head back into the email. And you'll note here on the top left, you can switch apps. And so the site builder is right here as well. That's another easier way to access it. But we also have a few other apps. We have calendar, bookings, admin and contacts. And before we go there, I want to note the signature designer. The signature, right? That's just the thing below the email address. And so I'm going to hit create a custom signature, or you can use the templates that are provided by Neo. So I'll name it default. And then I'll say I put my name. I'll put my role. Let's just say this was the business name. I could put it here. And then I will put my contact email address as well. I'll just click save. And now that signature is set up. Now you can see a lot of other things you can do here as well. Things like forwarding, things like all the normal settings that you would normally see in Gmail, Yahoo, etc. You're going to be able to find here. Let's click back to email and we'll switch tabs. And looks like the site was finished. So of course, this is fully customized. You just click edit site and you can go through it. But this is a site that just gets the job done. We'll go to calendar. And so what we can do is we can connect our Google or Outlook calendars. And then our business email will be synced with the calendar within Neo. If we also go under contacts, then we can see just a list of contacts in our email and under bookings. You can integrate, actually, as the name implies, bookings for your business. And so there we go. That didn't take a lot of time to show you, right? And that's the point. You want something simple and to the point. So if it's for an individual like yourself, then just your first name at your domain.com is going to be the way to go. For a kind of welcome or inbound email, something like hello at your domain.com is great. And then contact at an info at or two other popular ones. So avoid anything with numbers and anything overly long. That's just general best practices. Now, number two, and this is important is to create a professional email signature that looks like this, where it has all of your information links, the name of your company, et cetera. And email does have those templates built into the platform. Okay. Then number three, if you do want to still check your business emails and get them on your personal, say, Gmail address, you can just set up email forwarding. So anytime emails come into your business email, they get routed over to your personal Gmail as well. Okay. Number four, quick one, just turn on two factor authentication for security because this is your business email address. Okay. And number five, none of that matters if you don't put that email out into the world. So just make sure once you've created it, go update your website, go update your social media profiles, make sure that other older email address isn't anywhere compared to your new one, because then you're just trying to manage business stuff on multiple emails.
