Philadelphia parking garage still unstable after collapse; 2 missing

Crews are still working to stabilize a Philadelphia parking garage that partially collapsed on Wednesday, leaving one person dead and two others missing in the Grays Ferry neighborhood.

It happened just after 2 p.m. Wednesday on the 3000 block of Grays Ferry Avenue.

A roof segment fell and triggered a "progressive collapse of connected sections across all seven levels," Mayor Cherelle Parker told reporters Wednesday.
