西濱公路觀海休憩步道位於萬里獅子公園旁，是一條平緩好走的濱海步道。沿途可飽覽遼闊海景，遠眺基隆嶼與野柳岬，並欣賞海蝕平台與奇岩地形，宛如天然地理教室。步道適合親子共遊，也能觀察豐富的海洋生態與在地採集海菜的人文風情。
從獅子公園出發，沿著濱海步道騎行，不到10分鐘即可抵達大武崙沙灘，途經湖海灣鋼拱橋與多處觀海平台，一側山景、一側海景，讓人沉浸於海天一色的壯麗景致。
The West Coast Highway Seaside Trail, located beside Lion Park Wanli, is a gentle and scenic coastal path perfect for all ages. Visitors can enjoy sweeping ocean views, with distant sights of Keelung Islet and Yehliu Cape. Along the way, fascinating wave-cut platforms and unique rock formations create a natural outdoor classroom.
Starting from Lion Park, a short ride of less than 10 minutes leads to Dawulun Beach, passing a steel arch bridge and several scenic viewpoints. With mountains on one side and the ocean on the other, the trail offers a breathtaking panorama where sky and sea merge into one.
