位於基隆八斗子海岸的潮境智能海洋館，座落於風景優美的潮境公園內，是國立海洋科技博物館近年打造的重要新館。該館在教育部支持下興建，於2022年3月25日開幕、5月3日正式營運，成為北北基地區首座結合海洋生物展示與智慧科技應用的智能水族館。館舍面向潮境海灣，遠眺蔚藍海景與壯麗山景，地理位置得天獨厚。建築外觀採清水模與大片玻璃設計，造型簡約時尚，將山海景觀巧妙融入建築之中，與周圍遼闊的海岸景色相互呼應，使其成為北台灣兼具海洋教育與觀光魅力的新地標。

潮境智能海洋館（Intelligent Ocean，簡稱 i OCEAN）以「海洋科技」為核心概念，運用 AR、VR、沉浸式投影與智慧感測等新興科技，打造出有別於傳統水族館的展示空間。館內展示超過320種海洋生物，是一座中小型都會型海底水族館，同時亦肩負海洋生物復育基地的功能。透過虛實整合的展示方式，讓觀眾不僅能欣賞各式海洋生物，還能透過科技互動深入了解海洋環境與生態奧秘，使海洋知識變得更加生動而立體。

The Chaojing Intelligent Ocean Museum showcases fascinating marine life and ocean technology through a variety of interactive exhibits, offering visitors an engaging way to explore and learn about the ocean. Located along the Badouzi coast in Keelung, the Chaojing Intelligent Ocean Aquarium sits within the scenic Chaojing Park and is one of the newest facilities developed by the National Museum of Marine Science and Technology. Supported by the Ministry of Education, the aquarium opened on March 25, 2022, and officially began operations on May 3 of the same year. It has since become the first intelligent aquarium in northern Taiwan that combines marine life exhibitions with smart technology applications. Facing the beautiful Chaojing Bay, the building overlooks a vast seascape and surrounding mountains, offering a truly exceptional location. Its architectural design features exposed concrete and expansive glass panels, creating a sleek and modern appearance that harmonizes with the surrounding coastal scenery and establishes the aquarium as a new landmark for marine education and tourism in northern Taiwan.
