Ingredients
240g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
480ml (2 cups) water
5g (1 teaspoon) sugar
5g (1 teaspoon) salt
1 tablespoon cooking oil
TIP
Heat the pan over medium-low heat, almost medium, to prepare for larger bubbles. When you are ready to create larger bubbles, increase the heat to medium.
After baking, cover the flatbread tightly with a cloth. When finished, the inside of the flatbread will also be incredibly soft.
