Join me for an authentic Trinidadian breakfast feast in Fort Lauderdale, Florida! 🇹🇹🥘 I took Nina Unrated (@NinaUnrated) to Joy’s Roti Delight, a legendary Trini spot serving doubles, pholourie, aloo pies, paratha, curry shrimp, and more since 1992.

Inside the kitchen, we watched them fry up fresh bara, roll out dal puri, and make the most flaky, buttery paratha. We loaded up on curried conch, goat, shrimp, tomato choka, and spicy chutneys before washing it down with Trini sodas like Kola Champagne and Apple J.
