Eating Trini Chinese Food for the First Time in Port of Spain, Trinidad!! 🇹🇹

Trinidad is a tropical paradise and home to one of the most diverse food cultures in the world, blending African, South Asian, Creole, Afghan, Chinese, Spanish, and Portuguese influences.

For my first meal, I linked up with Quincy and David to try Trini Chinese food at Wing Hua in Port of Spain! We ordered six incredible dishes, including pepper shrimp, Singapore noodles, Hong Kong-style pork, beef in black bean sauce, crispy pork, and steamed shrimp wontons. The bold Trini spices made this meal extra unique!

I also tried a matcha boba tea, char siu bao, and crispy spring rolls, and even got a surprise curry goat dish from a fan! The beef in black bean sauce and spicy wontons stole the show!
